I ordered my drink without whipped cream and cashier ask your drink is without whipped cream, and I said yes. And I got my drink with whipped cream and it isn't for first time(it happened couple of time rn) Idk if I want anymore duth bross at all in future
Edit: After waiting about a week after initially writing this review it seems there was a near complete employee turnover. Drinks have returned to their typical quality! Very clique-ish and act like sterotypical "nice to your face" mean valley girls. After I applied to the location then asked about it in person she said "well we just had a group interview, you didn't get a call!?" and from then on every employee has made my order (which was the same every time from before I applied) poorly blended and under-flavored every single time (to the point that Ive been asking for an extra scoop of flavour which they very obviously skip on giving me.) They switched from being friendly and prosocial to backhandedly judgmental and whispering over their shoulders to each other whilst giggling and throwing me side-eye. I've never experienced a Dutch Bros like this before and it's pretty embarrassing to see.
The Aberdeen Dutch Brothers Coffee Stand has Excellent Customer Service! The drinks are consistant and always taste amazing! There Cold Brew Nitro Coffee iced with coconut milk is the Best!

Been to the location many times, good tasting drinks. I have had times that blended drinks were poor and a time that my blended soda tasted like coffee. Very frustrating because I don't drink coffee and I spent $6 on a drink that didn't taste good. Need to make sure blenders are rinsed between uses.
I am originally from Oregon. Dutch bros was the first coffee in my life and will always be my one true love. The staff here are so friendly and kind. Masks are optional, contact less paying and tipping!! I love the app, so many fun stickers. The app also encourages trying new/other flavors outside your normal order. I love it. This location can get a bit busy when there is a special deal going on, be sure to zipper properly in the line and wait patiently.
Bailey and Hailey made me such a delicious chai/lavender freeze drink. They were very kind 🤗 I will definitely return for more haha

Hate the lines, but love the service and drink.
I stop by at least once a week. The employees are always great! Even with a long line - the employees come out to take your order (rain or shine) which makes the line go faster. The drinks are always on point
…if I have to have coffee from a larger chain coffee house, Dutch is much better than StarSucks!

Love this location! Love how they always help me customize my drink. Their walk up area is covered too so that's nice to sit at depending on the weather!

This location sucks. They're super slow, and there is this one girl that makes terrible coffee. I always have to have her remake it, she makes it with no love. I recommend going to the other location in Lakewood on Steilacoom blvd.
My wife absolutely loves this place. The coffee is always perfect. Great team at this place and always fast with order.
What can I say? Smiling friendly staff who are always happy to help me decide on a drink. The coffee is amazing.
Drive thru is SO SLOW. Expect to wait 20 minutes at least.
