Used to be a regular customer but stopped going. Greedflation is real. Asking for a $3 tip on a $5 coffee to go is pure greed. Even then I would have been ok with it if it was actually going to the people that actually do the work on top of their hourly pay. But it goes to the owner to subsidize the hourly pay and maximize profit. No thanks.
I usually love Urban Coffee Lounge - but what I experienced today was WELL below their standard. After ordering a decaf latte, I was handed a regular and when I asked for a replacement I was met with incredibly rude push back. My remade coffee was not at all what I know UCL to produce making me wonder if I was being "punished" for asking for my drink to be correct? Not sure. All I can say is I'm leaving with a super bitter taste in my mouth around the experience. I'm so sad! When I used to live her I was a loyal devotee.
Great coffe, great food! The drip coffee is smooth and delicious. If you get it in house you get a free refill which is perfect. Their breakfast sandwich were pretty good too!
If you're a coffee lover and a vegetarian like me, you'll absolutely love Urban Coffee in Kirkland. This neighborhood coffee shop is my go-to spot for a delicious cup of coffee and a satisfying breakfast sandwich. The Mama Mozz breakfast sandwich is a crowd pleaser. The combination of fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and peppers inside a soft, toasty bun is the perfect way to start your day. Apart from the breakfast sandwiches, Urban Coffee also offers a variety of local pastries that are worth a try. And the coffee is perfectly brewed and always hits the spot Overall, I can't recommend Urban Coffee enough. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this coffee shop is a solid choice.
As someone who’s been to many cafes, this is my favorite coffee spot! The cafe itself has such a cozy vibe, it’s perfect for studying/work or even for a date. They also have outdoor seating which is really nice for sunny days. They have seasonal flavors so I love coming every month to try. So far, every single seasonal flavor has been delicious. The truffle mocha is such a rich and smooth flavor, probably the best mocha I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s a coffee lover to try it! They also have solid food options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians.
Cozy coffee shop w/ lots of tasty treats and great selection of coffee / tea . Love that they have gluten-free as well as alternative dairy options Busy at times , parking is a little tricky , but there is more parking located across the street . Recommendations: getting marionberry biscuit and chai tea latte w/ almond milk .
Nice place to hangout and have a decent coffee. They sell counter culture coffee beans as well. We ordered latte and an americano and liked both. Tried mushroom onion croissant and it was delicious!
I was in the neighborhood and randomly stopped here for a quick coffee. The place looked nice and service was great. They had a nice coffee cup art piece. It was rather busy at around 6 in the evening. I got the Americano with a ham and cheese croissant which was pretty good. My wife took the matcha green tea latte. It was also pretty good.
Great coffee shop in the heart of Juanita. Their food and pastries are delicious and they have inventive, delicious coffees and teas. Definitely worth a visit!
These guys cannot make a cappuccino. Ask for it to be dry (regular for the rest of the world) and they hand you a latte with extra foam.
Very awesome. Excellent customer service. A+
I have loved this place for many years. They have the best coffee around the area and very welcoming staff. 10 stars out of 5 )
It's a small nice place, not a lot of sittings, often there's a line.
Was abit chilly outside but i guess summers would be a blast. Very popular spot for great coffee and accompanying bitings and is geek and pet friendly.
A little bit of a hard to find location if you don’t come down here, usually like me, but Google got me here. Pretty cool inside everything is made of concrete like the countertops and stuff so kind of industrial look modern, clean and comfortable . Staff is really nice and friendly helpful and they have a great selection of coffee end of different kinds of food . I got the drip coffee and I’ve never heard of this roaster before but it is really good so then I also see they have a happy hour from 3 to 5 during the week were alcohols discounted . I recommend this place.
Great place for fantastic coffee & pastries. I love that they have Happy Hour drinks. ❤️ Great staff. Parking can be very tricky sometimes.
Really loved most everything about this cafe; its excellent coffee, sandwiches, friendly staff and location. On a cold winter day, had an Irish Creme Latte that was great. Nice to see they had some alcohol drinks available besides the great coffee. I rarely rate a place 5 stars but this Cafe was close. We'll be back
I love Urban coffee. It has a cozy vibe. Good for meeting friends for coffee or getting one to go to get your day started. The Baristas are all very friendly, service is quick but they still stake time to talk to you if you are feeling chatty :)
I love this place! Everything is delicious and the staff are very welcoming.
Its a coffee shop and one thing they cant do right is coffee itself. It was, quite frankly, terrible.
