Positive note: When putting in the order, allergies were respected (thank you!) That said: this coffee was a waste of money. Got a useless Americano, an ok blended drink, and a sassy first interaction... Won't be back but thank you for trying. We pulled up to an empty shop, and called a half dozen times. Finally someone came and said that we'd be helped soon. Great! Then they left again? Disappointing customer service compared to regular mercury standards :/
If you come here for a red bull Italian soda, make sure you have them surprise you with the flavors and they will never disappoint
Nice service and always freshly ground coffee till 11 pm at night. Only drive thru
The flavors are inconsistent, each day has a coffee flavor, they don't have a certain pattern of making things.
One of my personal favorite coffee shops for blended lattes! Mercury’s coffee is unique and a must-try!
Over worked and under paid. The employees at this store are AWESOME but Mercury's is just another example of a penny pinching clown of company that miss treats their employees and their customers in order to get ahead. Stop under staffing your stores during peak hours, give everyone proper breaks, and in turn your customers enjoy a better experience with quicker times and better relationships. I've been coming here for years but I'm done until Mercury's realizes what ACTUALLY makes their business successful. Stay strong Kirkland staff!
This drive through location has quick and friendly service, but can be difficult to get in and out of due to area traffic. Their coffee is superior to the competition, but food items are not. I would recommend sticking with a coffee only selection for a fully satisfying experience😊
I’ve been here three times, every time I was met with dismissive attitudes and drinks being made wrong and then more attitude from the girl who made the drink wrong and then had to remake. Short haired female is very dismissive, the line girls taking orders were nice and the men always seem to be as well. It’s the people on bar who have no customer service skills, makes me regret tipping before I had even gotten to the window.

The staff are great. Friendly and help out when you don't know what to get. Even if the coffee is average, the staff changes all that.
This coffee business needs to do something about their customer traffic. Because it’s a drive-thru only system, it’s easy to get a pile up on cars hanging out in the main road. It only takes about 6 vehicles to pile things up. People can’t get by unless they had to find an opening to drive in the opposite lane. It’s incredibly annoying and shouldn’t be allowed. Make these lazy people park and get out of their cars and walk up to a window to order their foo foo drinks.
I do love their espresso chocolate banana shake or smoothie, minus the coffee, and their customer is awesome! I give then a 4 star rating because I don't buy anything else, and I only go there once in a while, not often.
I used to enjoy coming here for a cinnamon roll and coffee, but for some reason they stopped carrying cinnamon rolls. The staff apologizes, but doesn't know when they'll have them back in. This is the third time I've gotten that answer, so I just left without ordering anything. Won't be coming back here, since Thruline is just as close, and actually carries what I'm looking for.
Delicious coffee. My husband and I come here every weekend as a little treat! Always great service.

I love mercurys drinks. I’ve been going to the one in kirkland for so long, however i will not be returning there. i have so many bad experience with their staff and service. I always ask for extra whip, i am even willing to PAY extra if i have to. Every time i ask i always get a laugh or an annoyed response and they give me less than the regular amount. They even convinced me to buy a rewards card and didn’t tell me to go online and set it up. they just sold it to me without any instructions and i’ve been swiping it for the past 10/15 times i went and they couldn’t have done the bare minimum and told me that i wasn’t collecting any rewards because they didn’t sign me up. The location in woodinville told me so after swiping my card ONCE there. I will not be returning to the one in kirkland after feeling like i ask for too much every time when in reality i’m asking for extra whip that’s ALL

Currently consuming my first breakfast sandwich and latte from mercury while waiting for Cosco to open Thought I would check it out based on recent review Delicious hot hot but not burnt I ordered a flat white and the order guy was like "blah blah coffee language blah blah it is charged as a latte but we will get as close as we can to a flat white " Super friendly and he was right tasted like a flat white Breakfast sandwich was sausage egg and cheese on some sort of croissant roll Best coffee I've had in Seattle so far so
