Starting with drinks, I have only gotten Sweet Caroline and the Ebony & Ivory Mocha and both have been delicious. Been here a few times, service and drinks have been consistent. Baristas have always been friendly and quick in preparing our drinks. Overall this place is a cute and cozy spot to grab delish drinks.
Very cool place, great coffee and food. I would rate it 5 stars, but it can get super busy and the prices seem a little high. One time I had to wait in line for an hour for two coffees.
Took an hour to get a coffee. No drip coffee either, so we had to get lattes or something way more expensive. The girl didn’t know what she was doing and was alone too. One girl was there and just left her alone. I heard her say, “ you will be fine.” Not how I would run a coffee shop for sure. One hour wait and also she made my drink before someone else and he got so angry. He was yelling behind my back. Pretty much everyone was upset cause they had 15 drinks to make and she didn’t know how to make them. Also my parents were in town visiting so I thought I would take them here. We were all so disappointed as we had places to be. I wonder why it took one hour to figure out how to make a coffee? Sounds like a management issue and owner issue. Not one is being trained. The poor girl working had no support. Not a good experience.
Awesome coffee shop. Great coffee, great pastries. Amazing place to come chill and work. I live in Federal Way and was looking for something like this. So happy I found this place! I will absolutely be coming back.
Cozy coffee shop with nice ambiance! There are 3 buildings next to one another -- the main coffee shop, a smaller "treehouse", and another building with a large table that can be a conference room. I went early on a Saturday when it was quieter, but I'm told that weekdays can get very busy with all the staff from adjacent office buildings.

Federal Way has always been a blank spot on my coffee map. But I was there today and figured I'd check my Google to see if there was any place new to check out. And there was. So I put Ebony and Ivory in my GPS and was pretty weirded out when it took me to an office park. However... As the other reviewers have written, the vibe was so good, the space so airy and natural feeling, and the barista girls so sweet, I was immediately won over. When I saw iced Vietnamese coffee on the menu, which is one of my favorite drinks, I was super excited. And even though it was made with regular espresso and not Vietnamese coffee, it was delicious, truly truly delicious. So I will definitely be coming back with my boo who is also a passionate espresso lover and next time we'll try a flight.
The place is cool. I'd even say it was a dope design. 5/5 on that front. Coffee was good. 1 of 2 baristas/staff were nice. Overall, I'd definitely visit again
First time here, and the coffee was great—I had the Kalhua with an added shot—but they must have been having issues today. At least I hope it was only today, because we waited an hour for our 2 coffee drinks. They were fairly busy, but an hour for coffee?? The baristas were super nice, but I doubt I’ll go again.
Found my new favorite coffee cafe. First of the Dirty Diana is AMAZING. And the scones are fantastic. This will now be a frequent stop for us. Especially for me on my way back from ART and LMP maintenance. :). The white coffee is always a welcome booster. Or get a taster with the Stairway To Heaven which gives you 4 beverages.

What a cute coffee shop. Three buildings all with beautiful seating. Decorations and architecture are gorgeous. We got great service, it was very VERY busy and the barista was very honest about the wait. However it was still a wonderful spot. I will be coming back and enjoying all the different areas!
One of the better ones. Love the location. Love the three buildings that are available. It’s modern and nice. Staff is friendly. Good coffee. Wish they were open until about 8pm, at least a few times a few. That’s about my only complaint/desire.

Let's start by expressing my confusion about the location. It's tucked back in what seems like an industrial area, but once you pull up it feels inviting and serene with their open concept and full walled windows. Inside feels comfortable and 'loungey' like a coffee shop should. The girls behind the counter seem genuinely happy and excited to cater to anything your unaffiliated heart desires. Even though the food is pre-prepped they do a great job of making it taste and look hand crafted. The grilled chicken and pesto on sourdough and it was outstanding. The wife got the Olympic salad and it overflowed her plate! She was so excited. The main event was the flights of a mixture of coffee and fruit beverages for us to share. Great flavors and presentations. I highly recommend this coffee shop for a date or casual stop in to grab a coffee to go.... Which we ended up doing both today.
My new go-to spot for studying. Great coffee, great service, and comfortable and spacious seating.
