Wanted to get my fiancé and I a red bull here tonight, I get there and there’s a sign that says “Will be right back”, well 5 minutes of waiting and still nobody is there. 10 minutes of waiting still nobody. Skip to 25 MINUTES and still nobody is there. IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES WRITE THE TIME YOU’RE LEAVING AND WHEN YOU'LL BE BACK ON YOUR NOTE. Just wasted 20 minutes of my life, thanks a lot.
BEST stand in the PNW. Jasmine owns and operates all her stands amazingly. My go to is 20th in Everett on Broadway and Hailey and Shawna are the most amazing girls ever!!
The owner is a narcissist with no regard for the safety of her employees.

I don't normally do this, and I don't like to say bad things about a business in any way that could ruin someone's day - but I'm really frustrated by what has happened. I have placed Uber orders with this Espresso a few times. The last two times though are my last straw. The time before last, I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha. I got a regular mocha. Always a bit startling when you expect one thing and you drink or eat it and it's completely different from what you were expecting. Also, white chocolate mochas are more expensive. I pay for the white chocolate and didn't get it. Then today I tried one more time, because I thought maybe it was a one off, and I like that I can get hard-boiled eggs from them, too. I ordered another white chocolate peppermint mocha. This time, I literally just got hot milk. There isn't any ESPRESSO in my espresso! It's pure white, sweet milk. No peppermint either. I paid for a special treat for myself (this delivery cost me about $13) and I got hot milk. I'm very upset about the fact there is no coffee in my coffee, and that when I tried calling twice to explain what happened and give them a chance to make it right before writing the review, they never answered. The phone just rang and rang and rang and rang and no one ever picked up. I'll not be doing business with them again :(
Very high quality coffee, and very consistent baristas. My drink has tasted great every time!
