First time customer today and I loved it! I had a dirty chai and a bagel and so enjoyed it! I know I'll go back this week sometime and I already know I wanna try one of the bake goods and an Americano.
Really friendly service and a pretty tasty mocha
Best latte I’ve ever had!!!
Prices are more than reasonable. Very affordable coffee place and some sandwich and cookie snack options . Ambience is really nice for a local coffee shop . This place is spacious inside with enough seating capacity . Convenient parking outside . Lot of syrup flavors available. Milk house coffee has got a great taste which will make you visit this place again . I have attached menu pics as well for reference
Great place, awesome simple menu. Fast and friendly service!
The barista working when they went, was very kind and helpful. I ordered a traditional mocha because I was told that it’s a bit sweeter than house mocha (which I like sweet drinks); they recommended the house mocha, and it was much better. The flavor is much richer and it’s still sweet. I appreciate the help in the care that they put into the drinks. Lovely community coffee shop.
Really nice welcoming place.
I honestly can not find the words to adequately describe how awesome this place truly is go there try their baked good they're all my God out of sight good and their coffee is the da bomb I truly can't get enough!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!!!!
I’d love to give a favorable review for this place. I had a chance to check it out and there’s just nothing to write about!
Thr barista was so nice and helpful. The coffee was amazing and the orange cranberry scone was delicious!
Wow wow wow 🤩 I can’t explain in my words how much I love this place ❤️ Firstly I would like to mention is the ambiance, the moment I entered the cafe I can feel the Christmas vibe and the rustic farm vibe !! I uploaded a video for you all!! We ordered cappuccino coffee, hot mug cocoa with whole milk, oatmeal cookie, blueberry scone. I can’t complain all of them are yummy 🤤 coffee: I love enjoyed each sip until the last. I can smell the freshly made coffee it’s feels like a heaven in this weather ❄️
Great place to grab coffee and chat with friends!
Love milkhouse! The breakfast burritos are so so good 🤤. Definitely recommend trying a dirty chai, as they use some of the best chai around. And they have really yummy bakery items, (all made in-house) and also the BEST bagels. The interior is super cute if you have time to hangout inside. There’s also a drive-thru that wraps around the back if you’re in a hurry. We use their event room for work meetings sometimes and it’s great and so local!
12/9/22: I shall continue my ongoing review of the Milk House and am pleased to say that they still have a "Darn fine cup of coffee" :) - Seasonal drink menu and homemade syrups along with attention to detail in selecting their coffee roasts and brewing methods really shows (Honestly, take a look at their coffee brewer, that thing is next level!) - Made from scratch pastries continue to get better! So yummy! Try one of their scones at least! - Really continue to appreciate the community centered focus, warm and inviting atmosphere and friendly/accommodating staff of the Milk House. Need something, just ask. No matter how busy they are, I am always blown away by all of the barista's wanting to make things right. KEEP IT UP GUYS AND GALS! Lastly, people who leave 1 star reviews for businesses with no explanation or because apparently they never learned that "Hot coffee is indeed hot" and you should be careful with said hot liquid and then berate employees for their own incompetence is the reason why we can't have nice things in this world. Pay no attention to that foolishness/negativity folks :) ------------------------------------------------ 12/7/21: Update for the "log" (Twin Peaks reference...) The Milk House continues to serve up a "Darn fine cup of coffee" again and again. They have really maintained a high level of friendly, community oriented customer service and product offerings. Drinks are excellent, food is great and locally made, and your staff is awesome!! If you need a solid coffee house fix from a great cup of drip coffee or a solid house mocha, go to the Milk House! -------------------------- Now I could write a big long novel going into how much I like this place from the staff, to the drinks, to the clean modern atmosphere etc .. But instead I'm going to sum it up with a scene from the show Twin Peaks... "This, excuse me, is a darn fine cup of coffee... I've had I can't tell you how many cups of coffee in my life and this is one of the best"
This addition comes as a response to the owner's response to my original post. Hello Mike, Yes, I took the cup from the counter and when I tried to put it in the holder the lid opened up and the cup flew out of my hands onto my daughter. Instead of taking the responsibility for the terrible behavior of your untrained barista, you dare to take the stance of defending them. In my world, when something terrible like burning of a child with a drink that came from your facility would happen, a polite, caring and finally empathic person apologies. They ask if the child in question is ok and try to offer help. NONE of that happened in your coffee shop. The only thing came out of their mouth was that they offered to make me another cup of coffee. It was absolutely astounding to me. I'm also pretty shocked how you handled it after sending Julia to talk to me and offering to give me your number. As the owner it would behoove you to pick up the phone and make it right with the customer but clearly you didn't feel that need to do that. I was also informed that your barista, who didn't close the lid, usually doesn't admit her fault and says that she is sorry, she freezes. So it is not me that made her freeze, it is her natural behavior. There are plenty of instances where people raise hell when the kid is harmed by negligence which I told Julie I wasn't going to do because I know it wasn't done out of malice and because I'm not that kind of person. But I was expecting you as the owner to care. I was wrong and maybe I should have taken a different action. In the end, you have lost a customer and many more. We are regulars at this place. Today went in to get an americano and the barista who made the drink didn't close it properly and when I was placing the cup in the car it opened up and the hot coffee spilled on my 13 year old daughter who was sitting in the passenger sit. I went inside to get napkins and said that the coffee wasn't closed properly and didn't get even an "I
Love this place. It’s our go to coffee shop for a quick coffee date for two, or with a group of friends. Food and drinks are great! Customer service is a little slow at times..but always friendly and nice! Plus, it is spotlessly clean!
I love this place! Great coffee, service, and environment. Their seasonal specialty drinks are always delicious. I've never had a drink I didn't like - but a few times now after I've ordered with one barista, a different one makes my drink and makes it incorrectly missing a flavor, milk substitute, etc. I'm not picky so I drink it anyway but wish that didn't happen. That being said, the baristas and owners are very kind and when I have mentioned something, they are apologetic and quick to make it right. My husband and I will keep coming here!
Good coffee and a great atmosphere!
Update 11/2022: Milk House is STILL brewing up killer coffee, keeping it local by sourcing ingredients from nearby businesses, awesome baked in house pasty's, and really good sandwiches/wraps all served in a clean, brightly lit, welcoming environment! Staff is super friendly and if you have any issues or suggestions just ask; they always try to accommodate you. Only suggestion would be to have more sustainable options such as using wooden stirrer's instead of plastic straws, compostable utensils, and/or a re-usable mug discount. Just a thought ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Milk house continues to rock it 1+ year later! Definitely my go-to coffee shop in town. Commitment to quality coffee, food, and awesome friendly customer service, and being a good steward to the local community (both its people and other businesses) continues to shine! Keep it up! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The coffee and the snacks are tasty. A 24 oz drip and a scone ran about $8, which is pretty standard for the area. The shop is large, with plenty of space between tables. Would love to see more comfy chairs!
