Love love live kenzies! Everything is so delicious. And their service is 2nd to none.
Gave them ANOTHER chance and they can't follow simple directions ever. What a waste of money.....we'll stick to Cafe LaTay's next time. If I wanted them to choose my drink and how they would like to make it not how I asked for it I would have said so.

I love the coffee here, the girls do a great job. The shop opens at 5am so I am able to get a coffee before work.

Good drinks and friendly service during the Week but extremely slow as molasses on Weekends and some Weekdays. Unfortunately, had to change my daily espresso shop because of inconsistent preparation times.
These girls are so sweet! Good coffee!!! Will be making them our newest favorite for our new home town!
They can’t do large orders and are extremely rude if you show up and ask for one. I wasn’t aware that I needed to call in a large drink order before coming in and the girls treated me horribly for it. They were both VERY rude and didn’t bother labeling any of my drinks so I didn’t know what any of them were. Two of the girls I was ordering for ordered the same drink, but one had decaf coffee and we weren’t sure which was which since neither were labeled or if they even bothered to make one decaf which is kind of a big deal! I understand not being happy about the job you’re asked to do, but you should still do a good job. I’m a paying customer with a large order, you think they would appreciate the business. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Decent coffee, definitely my go to when I'm in town. Customer service is hit and miss. There are a couple really great gals, but the rest never smile and don't interact with me when we stop.
Get a Kenzie Blast for that shot of energy in the middle of your day! Truly the perfect flavor combination
