Best and friendly people
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE AND ALL THE DUTCH CREW ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT CREW!!!
Your staff are always happy, upbeat and just friendly. They love their jobs for sure. I live in Lewiston I won't go to any other location of yours. The other locations act like they do not want to be their. Atmosphere is everything for a customer. Clarkston is a great example of the whole positive vibes. And the music is always on point.
I mean they essentially hop in your car and cuddle you while taking your order, that's definately above and beyond! Love this place

The only kinda issue I have is that the line to drive through window usually it can take forever sometimes.. But, that's okay, because they usually come out & walk over to the Cars waiting & take the order and so on so forth.. just absolutely love this company!!

I ordered 15!!!! hot cocos and I was met with nothing but kindness and compassion. The girl helping me even carried them out to my car with me! Love you guys, thank you for always being amazing.

We love this Location! It is by far our favorite in the area. the service is super quick and friendly, and our drink orders are always accurate. Honestly, we haven't ever spent more than 10 minutes here, even with a full line. It is easy to get in and out of traffic. They are allowing mugs again (with an applied discount!). We only wish that the app would allow us to set up a drink order and upload when it is scanned. This would help us A LOT when we are traveling.
My partner loves Dutch bros. Sadly you don't offer drip coffee and I'm not An Americono drinker. It's not your fault. I will say if your going to have an event or give away you should prepare better running out before 9am because you don't have enough is highly unfair to those who are there for the event but are left out due to poor planning.

The asking people for tips is sooo off putting and is right up there next to panhandling in my opinion. Quit training your employees to beg for tips! This is why I hardly go anymore, higher prices and asking for tips, no thanks.
I had the red bull drink and it was good. Friendly people. Awesome service. Gave my dog a treat.
