Every time I go here, I get the exact same drink and size and each time I’m charged something different. I get charged $5.50, $6, $6.50 and even $7. Sometimes it tastes more like syrup, than redbull. I talked to a lot of people about this and it’s the same occurrence. I never know what I’m going to spend. The customer service is ok, not the best.
My new favorite coffee stop in Cheney. They coffee is delicious and the team is quick, efficient and friendly.
Serendipity Coffee was wonderful! They were very helpful and quick. I didn’t know what to order, they helped me pick out a yummy coffee that was delicious and just the pick me up that I needed! We also ordered a few steamers for my kids and they loved them. Best part was that they weren’t to hot to drink right away! I will most definitely be going back and this is my favorite coffee stand in Cheney now!

Since they switched to Serendipity from Capstone all of my lotus drinks have been 90% Ice. 24oz cup and only 10oz of actual drink. Polite staff and a good vibe though.
Best blended coffees and Italian sodas I've had in a long time. It's hard to find a good local coffee stand and I'm very happy with every purchase I've made from this place. Definitely will be coming back, highly recommend 👌
My fiancé and I stopped by last week and grabbed a 16 oz lotus for 4.50 and we tipped a dollar. Thought the people were nice, they talked to us, whatever. We looked back and noticed we were charged $8 instead of 5.50. We messaged them directly on Facebook and got a message back later that day saying they would handle it. A week later and we haven’t heard anything so we messaged them back asking if it had been handled and they apologized and told us to come in and we could pick up a free drink. When we went back by today though the barista who took our replacement order was really short and just didn’t make us feel welcomed or want to come back after THEY messed up. Hope other people’s experience is better!
Great customer service. I'm always greeted with a smile and the baristas are all very friendly. Only place I can get my Cookie Dough Mocha and have it made exactly how I like it every time.😋
