Fast friendly service and great food!
Don’t waste your money here, ordered a bagel with breakfast ingredients to-go and when I got to my car, I opened it only to find that it had barely a smudge of cream cheese, one measly strip of bacon. For a $10 sandwich, that’s a rip off.
I love their bagels, I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese bagel.
What bagel place isn’t open on the weekends?! So strange. Oh well, I guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

A few years ago I left an honest but very negative review here - at the time service delays and errors were just too frequent to say anything else. But I think there must be better training and coordination at this point, because standards have improved really noticeably since the pandemic. The food has always been tasty and that's still true - it's nice too that I can praise good service also. There's still occasional errors and sometimes unexplained delays, but they're FAR less frequent - I can honestly recommend them as a campus lunch spot at this point, and am happy to be able to do so!
They didnt honor the birthday coupon I got from the corporate email. Not only did they not other coupons but they didn't even wish me a happy birthday when I mentioned it was my birthday. I drove 21 miles to go to a bagel shop what a waste of time and gas.
i go here often because they have great food, but awful employees. the head manager is absolutely rude, she has yelled at me multiple times and ignores my boyfriend when he had kindly explained why his order was wrong. i know it wasn’t just a bad day either it is every time i come in.
I've never tried it before. I have heard amazing things. I wanted to love it but didn't. The woman at the cash register was beyond rude. A coupe of foreign exchange students came in without masks. She yelled so savagely at them and asked them to leave it was sad. Luckily, a student went after them and had extra masks which they happily wore. When it was my turn at the register. I was not greeted or welcomed. She simple stood there and stared after I said hi. I placed my order and tried to have small talk with the not college aged worker. Maybe she was having a bad day? But she didn't say thank you or even talk back. The food. Was sub par at best. It wasn't on a bagel like I expected. The bread was over cooked and so dry and crumbling that it made a mess everywhere. The whole thing was not pleasant for the money. Probably won't try an einstein bagel again.

It's Einsteins. One of the clerks was really nice about a confusion about the operating hrs. Oh closed for the summer as of 6/4

Most of the time I just come in for a buffalo & bacon ranch toastini, as the service speed is decent most of the time. I still have found myself having to remind the staff early in the mornings to make my sandwich. They sometimes don't have a grill person in this section and it constitutes no one making it, a rare problem, but a problem nonetheless. My largest issue with this establishment is that my sandwich 4/5 times is either over toasted or poorly made. I do enjoy the food, but if I'm paying $8 for a sandwich I would like to be able to eat it without cutting my gums or having dry chicken.
They make probably the best coffee I have ever had and I love their pizza bagels
Tasty, but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make a sandwich.
