I love Mobjack and greatly appreciate their vegan/vegetarian options, however; I wish they would allow you to bring your own travel cups like many other coffee shops in the area. Especially being so close to a water source, please consider allowing clean, reusable cups in your cafe instead of plastic. Thank you!

I am copying and posting as a witness to these events and in support of the mothers and children who were so badly mistreated by the owner, Celeste. The owner of this establishment, Celeste was mean to a group of moms and their very little children. She accused them of stealing because an 11 MONTH OLD was playing with a plastic lantern left on a picnic table outside. Despite the mother apologizing and offering to pay for the lantern, Celeste was cold and mean. She blocked the mother, a paying customer, from using the bathroom to care for her baby who had fallen on her property and was bleeding. Though encouraged to sue, that mother just wants to move on. Let me tell you though, Celeste bc doesn’t deserve the support of our community. She banned all six women and their children and caused 2 toddlers to cry. Banned? How about boycott? In response to owner: Look, we all have bad days and make mistakes, clearly this was yours. How about just admitting you were wrong for accusing a baby of theft? Don’t you have security cameras that can show you what actually happened? Because an entire group of respectable adults explaining it to you isn’t enough? A normal response, even if you had truly believed it was theft, would simply be to warn your customers to be more careful and please not let the children play with the lanterns. Done. Your reaction was EXTREME. The National Park Rangers were called by the families involved and Celeste’s story does not align with what is documented, the wording left below would make it sound, again, extreme and dramatic. The report simply states Celeste called to inform them she asked a customer to leave because she believed they were trying to steal a lantern. All business owners in the park are required to call in any such incidents. No charges would ever have been pressed because this accusation is laughable. The complaint against Celeste is now also on file. Again, that mother has been urged to do more but remains staunch in not wanti

Wonderful little coffee shop. Absolutely gorgeous grounds to enjoy your purchase on. Highly recommend a trip up from the beach to get your caffeine fix...and a bite to eat.

A quaint place to go for fabulous in-house roasted coffee, delicious home-made baked goods and fabulous lunch items. There were even yummy vegetarian and gluten free options. And the staff and owners were so nice and helpful and gave us excellent service. It’s located in the heart of beautiful Yorktown, you can dine inside the historic Cole Diggs House or you can enjoy dining outside in their lovely outdoor space. Our new favorite spot!!! ❤️

18th century building with great service and great coffee. I had the ham and cheese sandwich and walking java and was pleased with both.

This was one of our favorite spots in the "colonial triangle." We stopped for lunch after seeing the Google reviews, and it was the perfect Spring outing. The food was tasty (I had the Reuben, my wife had a wrap) and the lemonade was delicious, but the real highlight here is the outdoor space. They have a beautiful and well-maintained yard with picnic tables under a shady tree, right next to this picturesque historic house. The kids loved it. Plenty of room to explore and run around. We enjoyed our lunch with the smell of roasting coffee beans wafting out of the chimney. Just an awesome way to spend an afternoon on vacation. Top marks!!

It is easy to support local when their coffee and specialty drinks are so delicious! I especially appreciate when I have my dog with me and I’m able to call them and they’ll bring out my order to me. I haven’t eaten anything here, so all I can review is coffee products. I also love buying their beans, grinding at home (yes they have ground coffee for sale too), and brewing a fresh cup. It’s so delicious. I’m not a huge coffee person so that should mean something. Also, just going here for the aesthetic and the gorgeous historical building is worth it! Update: I have eaten lunch several times here and everything is fantastic. Panini style sandwiches, chips and pickle…I sit upstairs and it’s just the best atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Was on vacation visiting my daughters. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff. Food decent. I bought some samples of coffee. The Waterman's Blend is fantastic and will do you well if you need a caffeinated jolt.

Stopped here for lunch while visiting the battlefield. Very nice little cafe. We ordered a BLT and a chicken panini. Both were very good and nicely prepared and served. Dining upstairs was very nice as it was too cool to eat outside. Very friendly staff. Took some cookies to-go which were also very good. Looking forward to their ice cream shop opening.

Very cute coffee shop with seating upstairs. Friendly service that will bring your drinks and/or food up for you. I had a special which was drinking chocolate and it was wonderful! The rest of my party enjoyed what they had as well.

The quality of the food has been going down hill for a couple years now. I also saw the owner ban a mother and a toddler for playing with a plastic lantern. I guess this is not a place for kids. Not very professional behavior.
