Really long line but worth the wait. I had the egg and bacon bagel! Yummmmmm. I did see people walking in and picking up orders, so I will definitely try that next time.

Went for a late breakfast & each of us ordered a different bagel with different topping. Everyone's order was perfect, with the exception of my daughter's that had TOO MUCH lox! Usually places skimp on the lox, but not here! We'll be back before we head home. Staff was extremely nice & took the time to converse with us as we were eating. Very friendly place!

The bagels were great. They really pile the toppings on. Fair price also.

So I've been looking since I moved here for a place that sells real bagels. These were okay. Better than most of the places that I have been to.

Tried calling for an hour, so finally decided to show up and let them know that their phone was off the hook and the girl at the counter said yeah we’re not answering the phone today. Terrible business model. After that she treated me completely rude in my $14.47 sandwich had five slices of turkey and two pieces of cheese. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time.

Try the bacon, egg, and cheese on an Everything bagel; add an extra egg, it's delicious.

The bagels are delicious! Toasted perfectly and so yummy! My one complaint is that they are using styrofoam plates. 1. We live in the 21st century and we all know how wasteful that is and how they just fill up our landfills. 2. Not a single person was actually eating off their plate. They all just unwrapped their bagels and ate them off the wrapper. Ditch the wasteful products and this place would be even better! Edit: They have switched to paper bags! Now all they need is recycling bins to match.

I keep trying this place and it keeps disappointing. A few days ago I got my sandwich but it didn’t have cheese. Today I asked for extra cheese and I was charged for extra cheese but yet again no cheese. This is the 4th time this has happened and at this point there’s no reason for me to try again. Definitely a disappointment

Good coffee. Good bagels. Too much cream cheese. I'll bet there was 10 oz of cheese on a single bagel. I saved off most of it and have been using it for days. Would have liked the bagel toasted but forgot to ask.

UPDATED! This is not the same Sclafani’s from years ago. The food is so hit or miss now. They have a bunch of young kids in there that have no clue what’s going on. They refuse to answer the phone. Can’t take an order to save their life nor do they care. They have enough SU hipsters to support them so the owner could care less about customer service. Such a shame

Good bagels and food. But they are staffed primarily by teenagers and service is god awful slow. They also encourage pre ordering but leave their phone off the hook to discourage additional orders. Waited 40 mins for a bagel and coffee.

We enjoyed our plain bagel with cheddar jalapeno cream cheese. There was plenty of cream cheese and they did our light toast on the bagel request. We also got the philly cheese steak sandwich. It was tasty but I regret not asking to double up on meat and veggies. The bread was overpowering.

Would give zero stars if possible… ordered this morning; my husband’s bacon egg and cheese bagel was cold & my bacon egg and cheese bagel had no egg or cheese. Not sure how that’s possible. Definitely a waste of $ attempting to get breakfast here for the first time….

Sclafani's is a delightful place. I used to work in that shopping center and I couldn't help but stop there each and every morning. I'm from Jersey and a good Porkroll Egg and Cheese is hard to come by out here. Sclafani's has one magnificent Porkroll Egg and Cheese, and in that way they feel like a home away from home. 10/10 a must

The bagels were great and right on par with those in NYC.

Bagels are delicious; sandwiches are hit and miss. The pastrami was excellent, the steak and cheese was disgusting. It came with toppings not on the menu, such as tomato. The meat and cheese was piping hot, the onions and peppers were lukewarm, and the tomato, lettuce, and mayo were ice cold. These sensations together, combined with bread that fell apart while dripping with grease and water, were very unappealing. Stick to the bagels.

Good bagels, but very slow. Plan on being there for 15min to get a toasted bagel. With 8 or more people behind the register I would expect them to be quicker. Now that they get so many phone orders the people that come in to order end up waiting even longer. Update: this place is slow as molasses. Takes 15 min to put three unsliced, untoasted bagels in a bag.
