Amazing atmosphere and wonderful coffee! Stopped and were impressed to say the least. The espresso I ordered wasn’t burnt or watery, it was perfect. Also ordered pb banana toast, which was great (it was on sourdough bread). Highly recommend.
We love LGH. So many coffee and tea options, all consistently delicious! The owners are friendly and personable.
My favorite local coffee shop! The breakfast leaves a bit to be desired but the coffee and tea are fantastic, the fresh baked cookies are so good they should be illegal, and I’ve had great, friendly service almost always. Very specific but I do wish there was a way to have coffees brought outside or something- I walk my dog by frequently and would stop in more often, but hate that I can’t see her from inside the building if I tie her up outside lol
Always a great place to grab food and coffee
This is a cool place. Coffee smoothies desserts and cool Appalachian stuff to buy
Bad place
Friendly, fast, & good atmosphere. Finding parking was difficult, though.
We went to the record store and then we ate the Spanish food very very delicious
Had breakfast for the first time there. Goodness that was good even if they gave me the wrong thing. I ate it anyway. 😋
Good coffee, lovely staff, and beautiful space. And dog friendly :)
First time ever coming here and the employees were nice and great lattes and good food the cheese and bacon burrito was a hit and the nutty Irishman was a good choice
Couldn't ask for better Service. Friendly staff and clean, food is amazing recommend the scones and you can never go wrong with any of the coffee choices1
Wonderful. My best friend & I met for a mini-vacation in Roanoke and I needed a place to go daily for my coffee and the coffee was amazing, the customer service delightful (personable without fake or overstepping). They amended a menu item for me because I don't do carbs and it was absolutely FANTASTIC If anyone is looking for a Horocrux I think its hanging by their menu. I bought an ornament to remember it by! #oversharedontcare #smallbusinessesforme
Very accommodating for allergies!
Just a great place to go, to get a very good cup of dark roast coffee to go. Always fresh, bd taste. I am never disappointed when I stop in to grab a quick cup to go when I am taking care of my errands downtown. Thank you.
They do not respect the Americans with Disabilities act. I had been in there for 35 min, with my service dog, who is so well behaved that they didn’t even notice him until I was about to leave. Love the lattes here. Best in town. But the managers very much need to re-educate their staff about the ADA. I’ve been here multiple times with my service dog, so I was very surprised to ask to leave multiple times, I told her yes a service dog is allowed anywhere,, but she told us to leave again! Absolutely disgusting. Change it!!! And if they don’t, stop going here if you’re disabled. Or love someone who is.
Wonderful coffee, tea, and smoothie shop with delicious baked goods and quick bites. Friendly helpful staff tops it off. #HeavyGapproved
Cozy spot in a kind of food hall in downtown. I really enjoyed the coffee and pastry I had. Liked that they had some nice comfy furniture instead of the normal hard chairs you often find. No WIFI to speak of here, and for some reason the bathrooms are locked? There ought to be a law against serving coffee and not having a restroom. Especially since I got older, I need to hit that bathroom about 10 minutes after I finish that cup of Joe. On the plus side the ladies working here were really friendly and they seemed to treat everyone that came in with the same positive attitude.
GREAT coffee, adorable place! Have been three times since we arrived five days ago. Great espresso milkshake. 😉. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 BONUS: Artisans have booths set up here so you can look around while enjoying your coffee and food. I bought a gorgeous pair of patina'd copper earrings, handmade by Hillary Hardison of coppermoonartva! And we got to meet her! Thanks, Hillary!
What a great spot! I loved everything about our visit, from the fantastic cup of coffee to the chance to browse locally-made goods.
