I used to come here all the time years ago when Elderberry’s was in the other space. They had big full wraps and their smoothies are amazing! I decided to come by since I’m gluten free and needed something quick. I called 3 times and got no answer to make sure they had a gluten free wrap still. They were open when I went by though so I ordered a Superfood Slaw Wrap. I received the tiniest wrap I’ve ever seen. I was shocked. Only 2 inches wide and not even 6” long. I wish I had gotten a picture of it. I was charged extra for the gluten free wrap which I expected but don’t appreciate. There was almost no filling at all. It tasted like I was just eating the wrap part because it’s a good size tortilla but with almost no filling at all, it folded in on itself a bunch combined with the dressing that just tasted like vinegar and not blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette. I was so sadly disappointed. All I can say is that the service was quick and k got front row parking but I won’t buy food from here again. I should’ve listened to the other reviews I read about almost no fillings. Each bite basically tasted like nuts and some bland tomato in vinegar. Where are all the greens?

Every time I've been to Elderberry's I've loved it until this time. A little background - I have celiac disease, which means I HAVE to eat gluten free. It's not some lifestyle choice I choose to make, it's how I have to eat otherwise I get VERY sick. Today (03/17/2023) I ordered my normal GF wrap and a GF brownie as I have many times before at this location. I ate my wrap and brownie and everything was fine until it wasn't. The brownie is not GF, it is the same brand as the GF brownie but it is not GF. Yes, it is my fault that I didn't double check the ingredients or the package but its their fault for selling something that they didn't check twice. When I went back to the location to explain how dangerous it is to sell something as GF that isn't the staff wasn't understanding. They weren't grasping the seriousness that can come from a situation like this. I don't blame them for not understanding since they are high schoolers (even the manager) and if I didn't have celiac I wouldn't know the seriousness but it needs to be addressed. If I had severe celiac disease I would be in the hospital right now, luckily I don't so I will just be sick for a couple of days. I just have to say that I don't believe putting high schoolers in a managers position is a smart move for Elderberry's. My issue wasn't resolved. My concerns weren't heard. I paid $6.14 for two GF brownies (one for today and one for the weekend), ate one which now cost me half a day of work since I had to leave early due to me now being sick. No refund was issued or even offered. All I heard was "sorry". At that point I just left because it was obviously just going in one ear and out of the other for them. Final comments. Elderberry's owners, you must educate your staff and make sure that they are purchasing/selling the correct products and not selling it under false descriptions. Further more if I was a different kind of person you would be getting a lot more than just a negative review.

I was so excited to find someone in the area that makes smoothie bowls, and it was delicious! Also got a smoothie that was delicious, but the bowl was the star of the show for me

I'm sure everything else on the menu is just as good, but I always get the percolator smoothie. If you're craving a milkshake but need the caffeine, this one's for you.

I have always loved this place, however recently it seems like it is taking 30 min - 1 hour to get your food even when placing it online. My food always also ends up cold because it gets made and then sits long before they start making my smoothie. My food recently has also been incorrect at times or is missing something I ordered. I’ve been disappointed lately a lot with this place , so sad

Went for a smoothie today and it seemed the employees were too busy chatting than making my smoothie. It took 15 minutes with no other customers in the store and it tastes like ice and Greek yogurt, they must have put at least a half of container in there. It’s not even blended I can’t even drink it through the straw. Take your $10 to tropical smoothie cafe down the road.

I've been going to Elderberry's since it opened and it is a great smoothie place! I've never had their food but their wraps look fantastic. Their new location is bigger and easier to find parking, which is always nice. The smoothies I've had recently have been pretty nice, though the consistency has changed a bit (less thick). I'm not really complaining, it's definitely a good treat! While a bit pricey, there are chain restaurants that have similar prices and I'd much rather support local businesses!

Food taste great but tinny portion. I got a bow for $8+ and it come half full, the wrap was also in the small side left hungry after $16 lunch. I will not come back.

Really unhappy with chicken salad wrap.. no taste, skimpy ingredients with a sour aftertaste. Everything just seemed better at the old location. No more egg or tuna salad either. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon

A very cute local owned business. The smoothies are a pretty good size and taste really good. They have a few tables inside to dine in a fun little shop area to buy some cute goods like jewelry, canvas bags, desserts, syrups, etc.

The last 6 times I have been here they have not been open. Turns out they moved around the corner in the same plaza. No note on the door to notify customers. Watched 4 people show up confused and leave.

Lots of choices. Wasn't super crazy about either of the smoothies I've tried the two times I've been here. But it's entirely possible I'm just making bad choices. Staff was professional but not enthusiastic. But that's pretty typical for this category of food service.
