Greasy I could taste the grease for a 1.79 should have been better.
Nothing special. Our high school senior had a voucher for a free dozen donuts. 🍩 The shop already had boxes prepared. Thank goodness to the person who knew to be prepared for all the seniors with vouchers (you'd think that'd be obvious, but not everyone has that same thought process). We were in and out, which was really nice.
With the coupon's I've collected I would simply feed the little children in the neighborhood 😉

There needs to be better management training and screening of qualified persons of hire. I ordered online and paid for a dozen of original glazed donuts and get a dozen for $2 for the super bowl. However, I forgot to pick them up on Superbowl Sunday. I called the store and explained I already paid for an order online and forgot to get them Sunday I asked them can they still honor the order Tuesday. The manager told me they don't have that promotion anymore.🤔 so you don't have two dozen donuts in Krispy Kreme for an order that's already paid for. The manager said I had to call corporate for a refund. I called corporate and advised them what the store manager said and they gave me a refund. But just as I said the corporate office couldn't understand why they didn't allow me to pick the order up. As a manager, you lost money by not honoring the promotion. I now have my refund and I now can go online to order one box of original glazed donuts and get the sec one for $1. And I have now saved a dollar and you will still be out of two dozen donuts and lost money and profit for your location...or $17 if I don't order from this location and give my money to another location. Please provide your team location customer service skills as well as comprehension, problem-solving, and listening skill. Basic things you learn in elementary.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru. I was not told my price. The person just asked for my card. When I asked for the receipt, he gave me someone else's.
I got a half dozen mixed doughnuts that were good. Service was quick and friendly.
Not a bad location.. they had Christmas theme donuts at this time. I rated 4 stars because I went through the drive thru during the evening time and the menu did not have any light ; I had to use my flashlight on my phone to see the menu. Other thann that donuts weren’t bad and staff were somewhat friendly..
My only complaint is I wish it was closer to my house near college Blvd.
