So the Indian lady at this location is a mug troll. She is being mean to everyone. Someone needs to stop her. She has become unhinged. She yelled at us for looking at the mugs. We were going to purchase one, but we had to leave because she made us so uncomfortable.
A lady is really protective over them cups 😂 I took a photo to ask my husband if he wanted it and she yelled at me, my sister and mom 😭. We left without coffee. Idk what that was about she was acting like the Beast when Bell touched her rose
There was an old Indian lady as the employee on 12/23/2022 at night she was breathing down me and my wife’s neck and told us we were playing when we were just picking up mugs considering to buy them. Now I will never step foot in here again and I’m telling all my friends the story how she yelled at us saying “YOU ARE PLAYING” 😂 whoever is manager should fire her

The service was great
The older lady asked me if I needed help. I told her yes just waiting for her to finish making the lady’s coffee before I order while I was looking at some mugs. I held on to a mug to look at it while I was waiting and she said no touching for the mugs due to Covid. I left without buying anything due to the bad customer service.
My Cousin just left there and told me how horrible the service was. The coffee was watered down and they explained hoping they could fix it and the older lady told her no and that they couldn’t get a refund either. They don’t have no sign saying no refunds or anything . Also she explained because of Covid but wanted to take the drink my cousin drank out of to put it back on the blender and add more caramel, even tho the frappe tasted like ice . As for the hot coffee didn’t even offer to add more coffee to it or nothing. I will make sure to let this be known!!! Don’t waste your money here !!

I went in to try and coffee however the line was long and due to Covid I didn’t want to violate anybody’s 6 feet so I started looking at the mugs and other items. They didn’t have baskets but they had a lot of Vikings things and if I’m going to buy something I’m going to pick it up and look at it first. The lady came over and told me to stop touching things due to Covid which was very rude as I’m not spending a penny on something I haven’t looked at and if they are that paranoid about Covid they don’t need to be touching people coffee cups and credit cards, cash and everything else and close. Will never go in there again and tell everybody the same.
This is my go-to coffee place. The staff is friendly and quick, the coffee tastes great, and they have a nice selection of mugs to buy as gifts.
As usual, top quality coffee for my caffeine fix, a very fast staff, and excellent value.
