The level of assistance provided can vary, ranging from good to bad, contingent upon the particular day. The coffee is satisfactory, while the pastries exceed expectations, especially considering the standards set in Lexington.

Their caprese sandwich is my go-to option for vegetarian food on the go. It's a small space that fills up quickly, but the staff is always hustling and efficient, so the wait is seldom more than a few minutes. Get there early enough, and you may even be able to snag a cronut.

Croissants are so buttery! I’d def recommend getting the key lime gelato with the cookie butter

Best coffee shop in Lexington with a homey and comforting vibe! Love this café and it’s staff, they always seem to be having fun working with each-other, even if they’re busy, and that’s something that personally makes the café and even better place to go to! Definitely a stop-by if you’re in Lexington! (even if you’re like me and don’t like coffee, they have amazing teas, matchas, chais, and other drinks along with pastry’s and gelato!)

We walked in here in a whim hoping they might have dairy free gelato. Lucky for us they had two flavors! Peach and raspberry. It would have been nice to have more options but we are grateful they had any at all. The place is small and you can get coffee too. Looks like they have dairy free milk options for extra charge. I didn’t get coffee so can’t comment on that but the gelato was good.

Pronto's gives Starbucks a run for its money. The service is wonderful. The prices are even better. The coffee is out of this world.

Cinnamon rolls used to be wonderful with lots of frosting. The 2 I received today we dry with almost no frosting. Very disappointing!

Super cute Italian coffee shop. Features many syrup flavors, oat and almond milk, and coffee options to maximize customizable coffee. The sandwiches were just the right size, and a delicious bite. Eager to visit again to try the gelato!

The barista in the morning is incredibly rude. The coffee sucks. But the pastries are good.

Pronto is a local gem in Lexington. The coffee is amazing and the staff are the friendliest people. The dark chocolate sorbetto and the caprese sandwich are absolutely amazing! A must visit location in the area. Some of the best gelato ever.

I'm visiting this area so I went 2 days in a row. First day I got the double Affogato espresso with Vanilla gelato!! Basically 2 LavAzza shots of espresso poured over the Vanilla gelato. Perfect combo of hot and cold! The service was fast and the place was clean! I went back the next day I for more but they ran out of the vanilla so I tried it with the chocolate hazelnut. I recommend the Vanilla. There were only two tables in the front were the windows were and I was lucky to grab one. I will be back for more! Update: Back In Lexington and Pronto cafe. Their caprese roasted tomatoes and mozzarella sandwich is definitely worth trying. If you come in early look for a pastry called Sfoigliatella it was delicious and they go fast!

I visited late on a Saturday afternoon on an impulse after seeing the sign for this gelateria and glad I did. Two friendly student-age attendants greeted me upon entering and explained what I was viewing through the glass and how their products were house-made. The atmosphere was understandably quiet with a couple of other customers in this relatively small shop. The interior looked very clean and inviting, so I decided to get a scoop of lemon and lime gelatos for a citrusy nod to summer. The flavors were as predictably bright as the texture was smooth and for between $5-$10, I felt like I was able to satisfy my indulgence just enough before leaving. With the number and variety of flavors, I could definitely sample a great many of the other offerings and maybe even one of the drinks to go alongside.

We enjoyed the coffee and espresso. However, they need something to absorb the echo. With just a few customers it can be ridiculously loud.
