This place changed ownership a couple of years ago and I was worried it would not live up to its previous owners. I am happy to report that it is the same great quality as before! In fact, I may even like the tuna melt even more now, which I didn't think was possible. Here's a picture of mine (minus the tomato) from today's lunch. I cut into it and took a couple of bites before thinking about taking a photo. UPDATE: They repainted the space and bought new tables and chairs. It looks so much better inside - very clean and serene.

The blue sky grilled cheese I had today compelled me to write this review. It was so delicious. I've eaten here often and it's always been delicious. I also love the black bean salad and appreciate that they have it available as a healthier alternative to chips. The bar that is open at night is also fun and affordable.

So good! My review is based on just a single visit, since we aren't local. The bacon and brie pizza was amazing. My wife's pimento cheese sandwich was excellent. Really fast service. Clean kitchen and restaurant. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I come here to pick up lunch at least once a week now. I always get the club sandwich on focaccia and it is mouth watering good! Also, everyone is so nice, and they always have different treats in the display case that never disappoint.

Great! Great! Great! We had the club sandwich, ham and cheese sandwich which was absolutely delicious. We had a bowl of potato soup, which was probably the best I’ve e er had. We’ll definitely eat here again.

One of my favorite lunch spots during my time at W&L. They have the best black bean salad I've ever had.

$3.25 for a 8 oz cup of tea. I asked for honey and never got any. Food in display case was definitely from the day before. Several things on the menu they didn't have. It was my first visit and I definitely wasn't impressed. Can best be described as overpriced poor quality food in a crowded environment.

Delicious lunch offerings! I had the red pepper & gouda soup with the BBQ sandwich. Eveerything tasted like it was from a loving mother's kitchen. And the vibe was nice as well

SO GOOD !! The house made bread is the best I've ever had. I got the house special ham sandwich and it was delicious and extremely filling. My sister got the fall bowl and loved it, everything had a "cooked in grandma's kitchen" taste to it. We also loved seeing the rainbow and trans flags! Highly recommend this cute lil gem.

Annoying slow with service. Bland focaccia that didn’t seem same day fresh, but could be wrong. Out of soup before lunch rush hit. Black bean salad was ok but a bit too much vinegar.

I got the Great Smoky mountain sandwich. I'm probably not saying that right. Anyway it was superb and the focaccia bread was wonderful. What a special place for lunch a very healthy alternative to fast food. The staff is very polite. The facility is very clean. I do not hesitate to recommend this as a great place for lunch.

They had some good sandwiches on very tasty bread. It was all pretty much turkey unless you got the vegetarian options. The sides (ie. not the chips) were quite good.
