Sometimes you go to a place for thr coffee, sometimes for the people. And sometimes, you get the best of both worlds.

If you like to get warm milk with a hint of espresso this is the place. If anyone at all says they make “good coffee”, they’re lying. Fun fact, they use the Roadmap Espresso (produced about 2 miles away from there.) you cannot compare the coffee made here with what they make at Roadmap. Also Season’s yield bakery uses the same. Again, you can’t compare them, because Lexington Coffee is so bad. To make it even better, the baristas are the same ones that’ve been here for for a while, every single one is always rude. They don’t care about you or their jobs. If I could give a 0/5 I would.

I spent two hours here as my first "office" of the day and nursed a delicious light roast the entire time. This is a big place and while it's a little busy in the front area near the counters, there is a back room that I pretty much had to myself for some Zoom calls and Yelp reviews. Coffee was great, wifi worked very well and it was a great spot to spend some time. I'd definitely work from here again.

Staff was so patient and kind as I ordered since I had my hands full with two kiddos. I ordered a quad espresso and a quad peppermint latte which were both great and very reasonably priced. Actually way cheaper than the place I sometimes go back home and better tasting too. The barista was super fast and we were out the door in no time after ordering. It’s a cozy vibe with good coffee. What more could you ask for?

The coffee here is not only a great price, but the environment is the best of any coffee shop I’ve been to. You can chose to sit up front in a more social and bright setting, or move to the back room (my personal favorite) and get some work done or have an intimate conversation. So versatile :)

They are always super kind when I come in here. I prefer their taste in chai. It’s a good environment if you just needed somewhere to be for a little bit. Totally recommend.

Cute little coffee shop! Stopped on our way back home to TN. We always look for small, local cafes, and Lexington Coffee Shop did not disappoint! I will say the coffee flavor itself was a little weak, but I attribute that to the non-homogenized milk (which was delicious and creamy!). Add a shot of espresso and its perfect!

Nice little coffee place in historic town of Lexington. Staff took the time to explain my drink questions and Ended up with a double cortado, by the time a grabbed a table the coffee was ready! Coffee was good. I was hoping to eat something but they didn’t have much besides cookies and some other items which didn’t seem appealing to me. I would go again and take it to go… no AC

My experience here almost ruined my first time in Lexington. Pros - The location is great! - The decor on the inside is cute as well! Cons - My latte was pretty much all hot milk with a dash of espresso. - The worst part was an extremely rude employee. She had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in. It made things so uncomfortable that my friend said she wasn’t going to purchase anything because she didn’t want to support a business with rude employees. When my latte was done, one employee said, “I have a non-fat latte ready.” I began to put my laptop back in my bag. Then, about 30 seconds later, as I was getting my things together to go up and get the drink, within 60 secs of it being ready, the rude employee yells at me at the top of her lungs, “I GOT A NON-FAT LATTE READY!” I was about 4 feet from her at the time and there weren’t many people in the shop. When I made eye contact with her, she picked up my drink and said with the most sarcastic tone “your drinks going to get cold.” My friend and I left and went to the bakery a few doors down. The bakery saved our trip! I absolutely would not recommend this shop to anyone until they find a new employee who actually wants to be at her job.
