The Gelato was excellent!
It was very good and very affordable
We are still raving about our experience days after our visit! Everyone in our large group was impressed and agreed it’s the best gelato we’ve ever had. And the staff were incredibly kind and patient. I ordered a scoop of red velvet on top a scoop of pumpkin spice and it was heavenly! Next time we stay in the area, we will definitely prioritize Cloud 9 in our itinerary!
Delicious!!! 8 picky eaters all satisfied 😋Excellent service, very clean , very family friendly ! From classics like strawberry, raspberry, and mint chocolate chip to pumpkin, butter pecan, peach/mango, tiramisu, cotton candy, iced latte, and as many scoops are you can handle 😂 priced by weight. Enjoy supporting local small/family business! Will try the popcorn flavor next time 👍🏼
Great place for the family and great staff. Heard one might be opening closer to me in Richmond which means I will be going much more often.

Not Italian gelato and a bit on the sweet side but very tasty! Owners super nice! They have unusual flavors. They also have Bobba tea which I look forward to returning to try. I hope they expend thier flavor choices but over all good for such a new place!

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! The gelato is always delicious and the service is always exceptional! They also offer non-dairy options and they’re just as great. I hope this place is here for years to come, because we’ll certainly be there!
I have been all across the US and Virginia and have tried lots of Gelato. This Gelato is by far the best I’ve ever had, no matter which flavor you get you can taste the loads of flavor. Every kind Is made with passion. The Boba tea is also so flavorful and made with passion. But by far the best part is the owners and staff, they are all so kind and have the best conversation. If you come to Farmville (aka Farmvegas) I highly recommend dropping by for some great gelato.
