Large capaccino was single shot in large take away cup and half full. Looked like a flat white on top. $7
My experience here took place yesterday when I came into order and I experienced terrible customer service from the girl with colored hair and a dirty place of business. My family and I would frequent this spot around the fall and recently began coming back. But not anymore after yesterday. Looks like they got rid of the red head boy and the blonde girl. Now it’s going to shambles…What a shame of Crozet.
One young lady was very sweet and helpful. The other with dirty blonde and orange hair didn't want to be bothered.
Great staff, service, and atmosphere as my daughter and I waited for our dog to be groomed up the block.
Got here at 6:25 and they are supposed to be open for another 5-mins. There are two baristas inside but they’ve locked the door. Update your hours if you aren’t really open to 6:30PM. Don’t just look at me annoyed from the inside.
One of the best places to go in Crozet to chill, read, or do some work. Six comfy chairs to sink into.
Good location with a large parking lot across the street nearby. The pastries are awesome. I had the egg and spinach croissant and it was the BEST I have had so far from any coffee shop. I had a decaf americano and it was nice and hot with a great taste. The staff was helpful and efficient.
As a mother of 3 and wife.... "Missy" is the absolute worst and I am tired of putting up with her attitude and rude tone of voice every SINGLE time I come in to grab my coffee. This past fall there was a young red head man who worked there and he was always kind, listened to my complaints, and knew how to RESPECT customers. Never coming back to this DIRTY coffee shop. Also, the MANAGER Sam vapes in front of children. Disgusting atmosphere, people, and building. Grit is better anyway...
I've been visiting this coffee shop for a few years now. Stopped by today to work and thought I'd share a little about it. First, today I came here to work. It's a good spot for working or just enjoying a cup of coffee. Overall, good vibe and good coffee. Staff has always been...they're here to do their job, not be overly friendly or help with your issues. Lol. That's been the same for a while. You almost get used to it. Also, I'm not sure the guest wifi has ever worked. Didn't work today. Didn't work six months ago. I've also gotten used to just expecting to use a mobile hotspot here. It's a good heads up in case you're in the area and wanting to stop in to use the wifi. Past that, enjoyable to stop for a breakfast sandwhich before a hike. Good for sitting and enjoying.
I like the character of the place. Their coffee is delicious and pastries as well. We had a great time in this place.
I stopped by today on a trip to Crozet today for a drink and a snack! I was pleased to see such a cute, quaint, brick building in the pictures I found on Yelp, so I knew I wanted to stop by! There were large, brightly lit, cases holding tons of goodies and sweets! I noticed some pretty interesting snacks, desserts, and even sandwiches! They all looked SO yummy, and I decided to go with the mini Strawberry Banana Loaf. The loaf was the perfect size, super moist, and I could taste bites of the real fruit inside. Delicious! To drink I ordered a dirty chai on ice with oat milk which always also delicious and had a great chai flavor! In addition to the crafted beverage, I purchased a Pear Kombucha from a very local place called Blue Ridge Bucha. Everything was super delicious, the employees were amazingly awesome and efficient, and there is PLENTY of ample room to hang out, or meet up! And even bigger perk is after you enjoy your snack and/or beverage you can walk right across the street and take a picture with awesome artwork!
Cute spot. Good bakery and coffee. Kids playing piano. Not from this area, did a quick stop and found this charm.
The baristas/staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere and all of the different things they have on offer, including food, drinks, and activities around the shop. There is a piano, although I haven't been lucky enough to hear someone play it yet, there is a box of toys for children, and even a chess board!
Most expensive cup of coffee ever! $3.90 for a small black coffee Why?
My favorite coffee shop in Crozet! The staff is always friendly and the coffee always delicious
My favorite Mudhouse location. The staff and space are lovely, and there is a great variety of sweet and savory sammies, baked goods, and treats.
The coffee is good but you can get better food at a gas station. Positive is the employees were friendly.
I had the sausage egg cheese bagel, and coffee. It would have been good, except that it wasn't prepared fresh. Mine was supposedly "warmed". But the entire center of my sandwich was ice cold. Seems that a place like this could figure out how to make hot sandwiches. It's really not difficult.
Iced coffee was very good. There turkey and the capresse sandwiches were great.
Beautiful location Great 👍 Food and beverages really great place customer service 100% great place to bring families
