Espresso machines were broken. Tables dirty. I stood at the counter waiting to be served for over five minutes... Finally had to call to back room to get someone to come out. Really miserable experience. Coffee was ok

On a recent Whole Foods visit, we decided to give Peets in the same shopping center a visit rather than our usual Starbucks/Dunkin. Spacious inside with lots of seats, a decent menu. I had a WhiteMocha and my wife a decaf with a chocolate croissant. Service was great and e admired the artwork.
come here to get your order wrong or forgotten on occasion, otherwise good coffee.
The place is dope, especially when it comes to getting some work done or meeting with friends. Some of the staff, not all don’t really like what they’re doing so at times the coffee isn’t as good!

Coffee at this Peets location is always excellent. No burnt flavor like Starbucks. Logan is amazing… exceptional service always super pleasant.
This one in particular has great service and atmosphere. Peets is on another level for the quality of there coffee and ingredients and breakfast/brunch quick foods. Never go to Starbucks if there is a Peets near-by.

Last time had a little hiccups but their coffee is great and customer service is awesome. Thank you one of my favorite place to get a coffee lilly thank you again for stepping up and providing great customer service. Love this place
Closing early because short staffed. Or people just don’t want to work on a Saturday.
Delicious coffee and fast service, but the place is dirty. The bathroom floor had lots of liquid on it and scraps of paper towels. The half and half was almost empty, needed to be refilled. No napkins, had to be restocked. Trash is full, and the condiment bar area had coffee spills, cinnamon powder, sticky sugar piles, and other debris on the surface. I tried to clean it up myself with the napkins I got from the barista. There's a sign on the door saying their mobile ordering is down, so go to the other location to pick up your food.

Bad service. They didn't close the lid correctly and the hot coffee spilled all over my hand. No one apologized for their mistake and they were more worried about cleaning their counter than my burned hand.
