Visited for the first time today, will come by again. It’s good for a quick lunch. I got an iced coffee and a tuna sandwich, both were good. There were a lot of choices. However, they changed their prices without updating the signs, so it’s very hard to read the hand-written prices taped up there.
Dont pass by without trying. They have great selection, food is really good, snd the staff is always friendly. The coffee menu is my favorite :) One of my favorite places in the neighborhood.
Great food and a polite staff. Always an enjoyable experience. Great coffee, too! So sad they're closing in 3 weeks!
Pros: Great menu selection, good customer service, food is ready in a timely manner. Cons: They do not use gloves when preparing your food or wear hairnet. Would give Perks a 5 star but I do not like my food being prepared by someone who does not use gloves or hairnet. I dont think I would eat here again until I see that employees are wearing gloves and hairnets.
Low-key no-frills spot for a good breakfast. Delicious hearty portions and enormous mugs of hot coffee.
This was a happy accident when I needed breakfast after MAGFest. Perfect little spot to charge up and drive home. Food is great and the service is too!

Brilliant little coffee shop that also offers up some bubble tea, we came for the full english breakfast and left with a smile and belly full of beans and bangers.
Noticed that everyone around me got there food and told the waiter if my food was coming and 15 minutes passed and still no food. All I ordered was a sandwich and after 30 minutes I still didn’t receive my order. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Stopped in on our way up to DC for breakfast and treated family to awesome bubble teas. Huge variety! Food was superb. Simple but executed wonderfully. Friendly staff. The place does really need a remodel.

Nice place for a light breakfast. Quick service. Limited seating. Food was good and came out hot and fresh.
I like this place. I used this place to work while waiting for my children in art camp. While looking at the menu, I couldn't resist to order the fish and chips. It turned out really delicious. I can't wait to come again tomorrow to order something else. By the way, sorry for breaking one of the dishes. I will repay you with more business.
Staple breakfast nook in this neighborhood. Most of the business is to go but sit down service is still offered. Prices are good too!
Filling breakfast at a low price. I always get the American with turkey sausage. Amazing time.
My Go To Breakfast/Brunch Spot. Service is always so warm and welcoming. Tried the Avocado Toast for the first time and it was the best Avo Toast I’ve ever had. I have been meaning to look up how to create it at home myself with their tomato spread. Boba Tea is always great and the Vietnamese Coffee is always delicious.
Extra perks, it's an unique and quiet place to grab coffee, lunch or a bubble tea at any time of the day, They have a huge menu with many options for picky eaters. Also the customer service is great. #EatLocal
This is my favorite place in Old Town to get bubble tea! This is also a great place to get delicious breakfast and coffee without paying excessive prices like many other cafes in Old Town.
The smoothies are on point. They actually taste like the fruit it's named after. Staff is super friendly and quick. Awesome awesome place!!!
I wasn't able to order. The lines were not clearly marked and the staff were not helpful. When I did reach the register I was ignored for about 7 minutes before I had decided to leave. It was really busy so I assume the food is good, however, the service was severely lacking
