Imagine paying $91 to then not be told your coffees have been sitting 10 feet from you. Sad when NYC establishments better hospitality.

Incredible rotating selection of delicious pastries - the maple croissant is a must try if available. Great selection of sandwiches too, both breakfast (Sunrise Gouda is a fav) and lunch (The Dope was as the name suggests).

Great coffee and great sandwiches. Lots of pastries and deserts. We tried the cheese danish and it was phenomenal. The Vermonter sandwich was excellent, they have plenty of free easy parking by then. Highly recommend!

The lattes are delicious, the Almond Cream croissants are heavenly, and the Sunrise Gouda breakfast sandwich was the best take out breakfast I've ever eaten. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's just the coffee shop Waterbury needed.

Great hot drinks. Super baked goods. We stop here on the way home from skiing. Plan making it a cycling destination. Cafe is in an old RR station. Amtrak stops 2 x a day.

They hide the prices online, please beware. Overpriced for what it is, however the coffees are very good. So if you are unconcerned with paying above starbucks level prices, rest assured they know what they are doing. I have had the Corrado at the Burlington location. Perfection. At Waterbury I had the almond joy Latte. It was ok, little too sweet for me.

This is the fastest latte in town and has the most consistent hours. It’s the only decent coffee spot in Waterbury that you can pop in and get something on your way to work without ending up being super late. The snacks are good, especially the maple croissants, staff is friendly, and there’s plenty of space to meet friends or get some work done!

Great new coffee place in town. Inviting atmosphere, and very good food and coffee. The ham and cheese croissant was amazing and the almond joy latte was delightful. Well done!
