I was torn between a 4 and a 5. Firstly, the parking is trash. I hate parallel parking. Hate it so much. Side of the road parking makes me feel like I'm taking over the street. The sandwich options are so overwhelming but they do list them in a way that makes chaotic sense. There are also baked good options (bakery and deli, imagine that). I got an oat bar that has a nice creamy something to it. My boyfriend got a Magic Bar (also known as a Hello Dolly in my family/community). The sandwiches, they do not skimp by any means. The price is a bit up there, I think it was late $30 something, but thats for a Vermonter and a Otter Creek sub, Magic Bar, Oat Square, and Cocoa Granola. So very reasonable broken down. The employees went into the lines to ask what did they want to move everything smoothly. There are little pagers for people to wait outside, in two covered porches. The one down by the street is quaint, classic New England/Vermont store front picnic table. All in all, really good. A lot of options. Overwhelmingly so. The number of options might be the only reason I knock it down to 4.5, too much going on. Not necessarily bad, just hard when it's crowded.
Would give 3.5 Stars. Cute little sandwich shop and bakery with a lot of menu options, including vegetarian options. Sandwiches had nice flavor, but bread wasn’t great. The Rainbow Veggie Sandwich was more unique. We also got the Lemon Pecan cookie, which was pretty tasty. I would go back again for lunch or a sweet treat.

This place is pretty good. I never experienced any issues until yesterday. Purchased a salted caramel cake yesterday. The cake was burnt and it was hard. We were very disappointed.
One of the best dirty chai’s I have ever had came from here. The staff is super nice, the building is clean, AND it is wheelchair accessible. Love coming here to treat myself and my friends. Highly recommend.
Good service, in and out rather quickly. I found the shop charming.
Baked goods were ok, coffee wasnt so exciting and the wifi didn't work for me. . .
The food is good and it is reliable. The service is lovely and super quick.
The women who helped me Dec 22nd about 2:30 were both great. The lady at the counter, and the lady in the kitchen. They were both helpful, friendly, and cheerful.
The breakfast egg sandwiches are amazing! The bacon is good quality and the cheese is definitely from Vermont! The best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!
Got my first cake there. The best I have ever had. I will definitely be getting them here from now on. Buttercream just melts in your mouth.
A go-to spot for pastries/cookies, great sandwiches, and desserts for special occasions. Haven’t ever gone wrong with a Norwegian sandwich or hummus pocket here. And they offer a variety of coffee/espresso drinks now too. Lots of outdoor seating options! Love Otter Creek Bakery ❤️
Their breakfast panini is amazing. Personal add on: tomato and avo; it really is filled with delicious breakfast flavor! Also, everything tastes better in Vermont
Really tasty sandwich and coffee was excellent.service was also really good .
New owners have made a world of difference. Great coffee. Good service. Love the croissants and the Otter paw. Before it didn't smell or look like anything was being freshly made, now the kitchen is a hub of activity and the place smells amazing.
I was very disappointed with my experience. They had no panini, were out of pita bread for falefal sandwich, no baguettes for roast beef, settled for a salad that came in a togo container that didn't work out and sandwich bread sliced so thin it fell apart. Should stick to coffee and pastry. Staff was helpful.
10/10 on the hot chocolate! Would have taken a pic, but it was too good! Friendly staff as well
Sandwiches get all three stars. 2 really yummy (although they didn’t have panini) sandwiches and 2 decent coffees for under $35: another star. Nice outdoor seating in a great location. Interiors can be better. Service, presentation, can be better.
This place is great. Delicious food. And they were exceptionally accommodating and honest about how my partner could avoid any trace of dairy from shared equipment (the slicer, which cuts meats and cheese) for his severe food allergy. And have great vegan and gluten free options. Such a gem for us to find.
This place is somewhere between a 3 and 4 … the food is fresh. The bread is so-so. It would probably taste better toasted. Also, we ordered ham & cheese croissants. They warmed one up and gave the other cold. Weird place.
