Located in the heart of Burlington, this is the perfect place to grab a coffee while enjoying your walk down the waterfront. The owner is very sweet, helpful, and if you’re lucky you might also meet her adorable little helper in the front! She sources her coffee locally so they’re super fresh with the right amount of caffeine.

Wow! This place did not let us down. The service was fast and coffee was delicious. I got the honey cinnamon latte which was tasty and my husband got the tight squeeze coffee with espresso. You know the coffee is good when you don’t need to “fix it” to your taste! Highly recommend.

Got a delicious iced honey cinnamon latte with Oat Milk! Partner got iced coffee with mocha..He said it tasted like chocolate chip cookies, which he enjoyed. Tiny spot downtown as you walk toward the lake. Definitely a nice grab and go type of place. Would return!

Amazing place. Small yet super welcoming, cozy place. Came for a dirty chai which was freshly made and delicious. The latte could be made unsweetened which I appreciated. Excited to go to try more of their specialty drinks and plain/regular coffee!

Best dirty chai latte I’ve had in a really long time! And they also use real chocolate in their mochas - no chocolate syrups. Real dark chocolate, and also a stoneground chocolate option which has sugar mixed in to sweeten it up a bit. Made for a great mocha! A+

Delicious coffees, lattes, teas, matcha. All very affordable. Most mixed drinks seems to be in the $4.50 zone. Conveniently a block off of Church Street by the park, it's a great place to gran a delicious drink.

Small little place with decent coffee. Hours shows that it opens at 9am, waited until 9:05 and no one showed up. Came back around 11am and it was open.
