Great food, great coffee. Loved the style and the 16 oz cups are lovely. Very friendly staff too.

Came here for a coffee and couldn’t resist the donuts they had on display. A comedy club by night, the happy place cafe is a great place to go for a quick bite, morning or afternoon pick me up. Walking in, I was so intrigued by all the bright colors and neons. The ambiance surely made it feel like a place to be happy!

I have been to Happy Cafe twice and both times have been so lovely. The staff is kind, the drinks and food are delicious and the playlists are incredible! This is probably my favorite cafe in Burlington. I

Went here for breakfast, and we were not impressed. The two options were a breakfast sandwich, or a breakfast burrito. My couple friends got the breakfast sandwich, and one of the two has now fallen ill, after having not enjoyed the taste of the sandwich, the second friend just didn't like his sandwich. My breakfast burrito was fine, nothing special, and the coffee was... Not great as well. Overall... Not my favorite.

I come here daily because the staff are incredible, the food is top notch, and the coffee unbeatable. Lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat lovers alike. I get the breakfast sandwich nearly every time and the bun it comes on alone is worth it. My personal favorite drink is the maple latte, both hot or iced, depending on how I’m feeling that day. They also have fresh, locally-made donuts on the weekends that are out of this world. Best of all, it’s at the comedy club so you can talk to the staff about the upcoming shows, buy tickets, or just flip through a book or graphic novel from their little library. It’s cozy, welcoming, and just the best place in town. Plus they treat my pup like the queen she is (photo evidence below)

Best breakfast sandwiches around! You’ll never leave hungry if you order the burrito

Yum. Yum. Yummy. Great place to nibble and get work done. Big fan of the staff ❤️ I don’t know what the sauce is in those breakfast burritos…but I dream about it. Love the coffee too.

The Happy Place Cafe is the sister brand to the Vermont Comedy Club and I was very impressed with both their coffee and their food. I ordered a chicken panini that had mozzarella pickled red onions and a red pepper aioli. Everything was well balanced both flavor wise and structurally. The side options were fries, sweet potato fries, chips or salad. Fries were perfectly salted, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The ambiance is relaxing but not stuffy and filled with laptops like most coffee shops. It’s a great place to hang out and I couldn’t recommend it more.

We came for a donut pop up, so we only tried their coffee. Maple latte is great! They also allow dogs, which was a highlight.

What a great little cafe! Delicious coffee and snacks, and fun rotating drinks (the gingerbread latte and the winter chai are awesome!) Plus the staff are amazing and the location is beautiful!

Happy Place Cafe is the daytime alter ego of the Vermont Comedy Club, and a solid spot to get coffee and food in the middle of the day! Very cool vibes inside, amazing staff, and really great food and drink.
