The Dagwood sandwich I had was great, parking is a little complicated but that seems normal for the area. Would be a great place to stop in on a walk.
There’s a code on their bathroom doors so I can’t pee even though I just ate the salad 😞 I don’t recall this being the case a dozen years ago here.
We even found excellent food for our diabetic diet!
After having visited a few times before when service was good, this visit noticeably took a turn. The cashier was not attentive and our order had to be repeated. Upon picking up order where there were several orders on the counter, as I was verifying our order the server barked at me, "everything there in the middle!" Then it turns out one of the orders which was sup to come with chicken did not have chicken and altho it was an Asian style dish, this contained feta cheese. Then again the server/prep obnoxiously yelled at my friend abt getting the chicken. So it was not a good experience.
There were many many pieces of rotten lettuce in my salad. I should have gotten a sandwich
Great bagels and food options. Has vegan tofutti cream cheese on plain and veggie! Try the "super cinnamon" bagel 👍
Veggie omelet thing is totally awesome as is everything else.
Fifteen dollars for a salad that barely has any greens or protein? No thanks! At least the employees are nice and the cafe is pleasant.
Slow service, worst attitude towards customer. Disrespectful attitude from food preparer and outgoing morning manager.
I've been coming to this location for years, and I'm never disappointed. Everything on the menu is delicious! The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful when ordering. I always recommended this spot to friends and family traveling to Brattleboro.
Great atmosphere, a good place to chill and drink some coffee. It's usually pretty busy, but they are quick and friendly.
I've gone to the works more times than I can count. This place is my go to breakfast spot on my up north. They got your average breakfast sandwiches and some tasty wrap options. Don't sleep on their smoothies SO GOOD.
we had a quick stop for lunch the sandwiches were good and the desserts were good as well
I've had the smoked salmon bowl many times before. Today it was literally inedible. The "salmon" looked more like a slimy oyster. I tossed it. Customer service has also been consistently poor lately. On a positive note, I did recently order a couple of sandwiches which were absolutely delicious.
Stopped by while traveling through town to get a to go breakfast for a hike . The sunrise grilled burrito is amazing ! The green machine smoothie was delicious and healthy. I try to replicate them both at home but can’t get it quite as good. The staff was hipster and welcoming . Coffee menu was solid. The place had many customers there to work and relax so if you want to dine in you can enjoy and not be rushed . Any place with local foods incorporated into a menu deserves to be checked out !
I've had quite a few disappointing experiences here. Recently I ordered the autumn harvest bowl which is listed as having chickpeas as the protein. Upon picking up the ordering, it did not have chickpeas in it. I emailed management with no response. I gave it another try today and again it had no chickpeas. This is like offering a chicken salad on the menu then omitting the chicken! I should have been contacted when I placed my order and been offered a substitute. Or they need to take this dish off the menu. I am still hungry after eating the bowl with scant veggies and no protein. In the past I've also had disappointing meals here and received misinformation about ingredients.

Still waiting an hour for my food and the place is empty. My friend waited 50 minutes for a smoothie.
Amazing staff. Meh bagels, skip the coffee if you can.
Great and large variety of food. Can get a little busy but they have an app so you can order food ahead of time and just run in and pick up!
