had a quick lunch there, coffee was hot and the salmon sandwich was amazing, also nice view from the seating area in the back.

After an exhilarating yet exhausting hike on a damp spring morning, there was no greater delight than wandering through the rustic streets of downtown Brattleboro and ducking into this artsy little cafe. I had Italian tomato soup, a delicious slice of French sourdough bread to soak up the soup, and a whimsically sweet snickerdoodle. The soup warms and re-energizes the weary spirit, and the views of the river are quite astounding. If you want a pure example of the essence that makes Brattleboro so captivating and bucolic, come here.

I get April's birthday cake here. Everyone loved it. I got their version of "death by chocolate", and had them precut the cake. Good thing I did because I could not cut them as small as they did, no one could eat more than one slice.

Delicious sandwiches at a reasonable price. Nice view in the dining room of the river, too. One thing I'd say is a bit too much mustard on my Turkey Dagwood.

My friends ordered a birthday cake for me. It was a vanilla, chocolate layer cake with raspberry jam and almond icing. It was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had and all my party guests truly enjoyed it. Will fully recommend it.

Edit*** We bought a box of cupcakes. They were very pretty, attractive and affordable, however the base of the cupcakes, th cake were very basic tasting, except for the carrot cake one. The icing on top here all tasted as if it had a bit too much butter. The texture was good and the flavors were different in the creamy icing, but very light in flavor, not very flavorable More like a cafe trying to be too many things at one time. I went for breakfast and to my surprise they also had a cooking station with a menu. I bought a pastry, coffee, salmon sandwich and a grilled cheese sandwich. The pastry, a pumpkin muffin with a crumble top was moist and delicious. The grilled cheese on the other hand was not even grilled! it was between what seemed to be artisan white bread sliced and the cheese melted. A melted cheese sandwich. The Salmon had the same artisan bread and was a good size however it was bland even though it had a generous spread in it. The ingredients in the sandwich were very fresh The coffee, which was a maple coffee was bland and unfavorable, but they aren't a coffee shop. PROS: -Fresh ingredients -Clean atmosphere -Cozy -Good pastries and baked goods. CONS: -The cooked menu items So go for a quick pastry, get a drink from the fridge.

Had the hummus based sandwich. Good flavor. Have a pretty full coffee menu. Seating in the back offers a pleasant view of the nearby mountains. The cafe is filled with pleasant conversation and brightly colored art.

Got the BLT which was heavy on the mayonnaise but overall still good. Nice workers and fast service. Could be cleaner and the space is a little tight.

We got the cheesecake. It was good. We were a bit annoyed that someone who came in after us was waited on before us.

The parfait I bought there was moldy. Good thing I looked at it before digging in.

What a genuine nice place. The food looks fantastic. Wish I could order deserts online and have shipped to Florida. Jason and Ben have exposed a real gem.

Love the staff of Amy's Bakery Arts Cafe. Per the Amagansett Press video seems like a great establishment. Must visit when I come to Vermont soon.

I've never been to their cafe, but judging by what I saw on Youtuber, Amagansett Press's video, they are a beautiful cafe who respects the rights of the American public and they're so welcoming and friendly. I encourage all to visit their cafe, it's a great place!
