If you're a cat person and missing your brethren, this is your place. The $5 fee for a 30 minute visit goes to pay for their food and upkeep. If you fall in love with a feline here you can apply to adopt it! The teas are delicious and vibe is divine.

Love this place! My family and friends went to the ‘Cats & Canvas’ event a couple of months ago and had a blast and a truly memorable experience. Today I brought my sons to visit the kitties before school. It’s a such magical experience being surrounded by fluffy playful bundles of love. It warms my heart to see cats so well cared for in a loving environment Vs a shelter while they await their forever homes. We enjoyed our experience so much we plan on monthly visits! ❤️

Great experience. I went with a friend a month or so ago and we ate before we went to pet the cats. Everyone was respectful and happy. I was sad we weren't able to pick them up, but I'm glad they had that rule for our safety. Their foods and drinks are proficient, but not exemplary.

I love the room full of cats, the drinks are unremarkable.

Really good drinks, cats were adorable. It was slightly concerning to see so many cats with crusty runny eyes. They appeared to be friendly but some of them had a hard time opening and closing both eyes. Some of them seemed stressed, and overwhelmed, a lot of them seemed thin maybe this is because they were in different shelters before arriving to the cafe but it’s still concerning that they were up for adoption with visible health concerns. I love the concept of the cafe it is lovely but it seems the cats require more care than they seem to be getting.

Love the idea of being able to meet the kitties and have coffee and a pastry. Very cozy environment. However the smell of the litter boxes and overall cleanliness of the cat room was off-putting. It seemed like the furniture needed a good washing. I'm afraid people may decide against adopting cats because of the smell. But it was a great experience otherwise and the concept of being able to hang out with adoptable cats is amazing. The staff was nice but the woman with the short black hair could stand to work on her people skills. She seemed annoyed and acted like she doesn't love letting people into hang out with the kitties.

I've been debating whether to share my experience or not, but I think it is necessary. I adopted a 6 month old kitten from here at the end of October, he passed away with in a month of adoption from FPV (which is extremely contagious and almost always fatal in kittens). I did not have a cat previously and did not come into contact with any other cats, so my kitten HAD to have contracted the virus before adoption. The shelter has offered no help and has responded very briefly to only one of my emails. Getting stuck with 3,000$ in vet bills wasn't even my concern and while I would have liked the shelter to have contributed since they gave me a sick kitten, that's not why I am here. I'm writing this because I am so heartbroken and I have found out (from other vets and shelters) that I am not the first person to adopt a young kitten that has passed away within a month of adoption from here. I want to believe that this place is simply in over their heads because they want to save as many cats as they can and are focusing on quantity over quality. I believe supporting and rescuing as many cats in need as possible, all I am asking is for this shelter to do it the right way, with proper infection control and attention to sick cats. My sweet angel did not deserve to die from a disease that is completely preventable by vaccination and proper infection control/isolation methods. Please reconsider adopting from here until they have updated their safety methods.

The cat I adopted from here came to me with ringworm, an intestinal parasite, and more than a month behind on vaccinations. Two months after adopting him, he is dead. While his illness may not have been preventable, having concurrent viruses and infections made him that much more vulnerable. The sanitary conditions here are awful, the cats don’t receive proper care, and it is killing them. The vet who treated my cat said he is not the first to come in seriously ill from this place. Do not patronize this establishment.

Updated review based on management response: The room was not 69 degrees, not even close. After removing my coat it was very uncomfortable and so cold the interior windows were frosty. I left early. Original review: After visiting several times for a sweet coffee I finally visited the cats. The room was freezing. The cats weren't active and snuggling in the beds. I found all of the kittens were incredibly bony. Not sure if they are not fond of the food but it was concerning. Several had runny eyes and were lethargic. They need to keep the room at a better temperature.

I'm a big fan of the kitty Korner Cafe. They are always trying to improve and make a better experience. Some of the negative reviews are more or less that person was at fault. I've adopted a cat from here and little Susie has done wonders. Some suggestions for people who adopt cats from any place make sure you quarantine your new kitty from any other animal for at least two weeks. Cats don't always handle change very well so gradual change is the best option. Monitor your new furry friend closely as it is uncommon but can happen they can get sick from the changes. Now for those who falsely accuse these people of not responding after they had a cat die I question them. This is a business as well and they have to follow strict guidelines by the state. They love every cat that comes through their doors. You can tell that each one is well loved just by talking to the owner. So question reviews that are possibly false. The other items such as food are delicious. I'm gluten free not by choice so they provide some of the best treats that I can eat. I'll always recommend then.

This is a cute place, a good way to help support the Cats waiting for a Furever Home. I had a chance to go in and pet the kitties, that was nice! I enjoyed the Broccoli soup, watched the time go by, the town is cute, with art work not far from there, lots of little things to see EVERYWHERE in town, not just in this cafe. I had so much fun, I can't wait to go back, I bought a friend of mine a sticker so they know where I want to take them next! The cats are there all the time, make an appointment to go see whose available and they will help You apply for adoption. If I was in a position to adopt, I would definitely have done so! They are friendly cats that need to be social, mostly so they can stay social with people, I like what they do here!

Good coffee, nice staff, and tasty treats! I would give 5 stars but the cleanliness of the cat lounge has been going downhill…strong ammonia smell, dried vomit, and smearing over all the glass… I love the idea and am so happy that kitties are getting adopted but it’s harder to enjoy that room.

We visited about a year ago Covid times as a party of 4, (we wore masks and such, but I don't understand it was a bit rude.) I really enjoyed the atmosphere my favorite parts by far though had to be the little kitten nests nearby the window. Aswell as the massive cat tree very incredible to watch the cats roam around. Another highlight was the cat doors in the wall, that allowed the cats to freely travel in and out. I ended up sitting next to an old kitty who was quite cuddly. I really enjoy cats but can't have one at my apartment. I can't wait to visit again, I hope it's just as good or maybe even better (I know this is getting long but; my favorite food at the cafe was the hot cocoa and the breakfast panini.
