How can someone make fun of a drink you order??... I can hear these girls laughing about the drink.... I get light ice on an iced drink... They gave me a cup that had whipped cream all over it. They didn't even clean it off....... One girl remembered my order cause I was coming by every morning... then one day a snooty girl decided to change that... I'll never spend $$ here again.. That was so petty. It's ridiculous.
Great place to get pretty good coffee and breakfast is decent as well. Staff is usually friendly
OMG!! Just went to beans in jordan landing and ordered a strawberry Italian soda with lots of cream. I'M SHOOK!! Girl you nailed it!! THE.BEST.EVER!!!
I’m definitely disappointed ☹️ i ordered a caramel frappe. And I asked for extra caramel in the cup, When I got my drink there wasn’t any… So I asked why, and apparently even though that’s what I ordered. They “blend” the caramel into the drink here. If I would’ve known I just wouldn’t have ordered anything. It was a waste of money and time, the drink tasted horrible with the caramel blended into it. Beyond too sweet, and the drink gave me heart burn 🔥 and made me feel sick to my stomach. Please be careful here and maybe 🤔 just skip this place and go to the next location, I’ve gotten caramel in the cup at other locations. They wasted my time, my money, and made me sick. Not a good place to get drinks
Room for growth. The Saturday morning staff have been rude the last several weeks I’ve been there. With the exception of one staff member named Mary who has been exceptional pleasant, every other staff has been cold and blunt. I had to tell the young lady to let me finish speaking because she was just cutting me off. They don’t even make eye contact. Their probably exceptional at their job but they still need training on how to deal and interact with people.

Plz change your hours in website in 101 location i drive from daybreak because it said it was open i drive here and they open until 630am 😓
Coffee was great. They didn't over roast, and the shop itself was very comfortable
Aiden and the rest of the staff are great! I never know what I want so I always ask for a surprise and they never fail and are super friendly! Always happy to come back!
Really didn’t appreciate Aysia’s careless attitude when inquiring about broken merchandise. “This lid is broke, is there any way we could get a discount?” *no hesitation* “No.” No follow up. I genuinely thought she was joking because she smiled when she answered. And said nothing else. “Okay, well can a manager?” “No.” “Is a manager here.” Can you guess her response? Just a simple, “No.” again, with a smile. So WE solved the problem on our own and switched the broken lid with one from another cup that didn’t match. No effort to help us solve our inquiries. No “sorry” or even basic customer service.
Good food, great coffee! Way better than Starbucks by a long shot!!!!
Pulled up at 7 pm and they were closed , hours listed state 9:30 , false advertising
Pulled up to drive through at 7 and was told they are closed. Hours on door and site say they close at 9:30.
Drive thru order. Batistas are always happy and joyous to talk to. Quickly becoming my favorite place . . . . . Bigger beverage for your $$ and seems there is actual caffeine in their frozen drinks.
I went to get a coffee and Asyiah couldn't go 2 minutes without cussing up a storm while I waited. Terrible manners, can't belive management is ok with this.
They never make my drinks right or they don’t take my order down correctly, I assume they have hearing issues with their headsets on but either way doesn't excuse them making orders wrong.
Nice place, with nice staff, but seating is limited. Coffee was pretty good, and the cinnamon walnut coffee cake was tasty. The large chairs in the front are pretty comfortable, and I wish they had more seating areas.
Best location ever!! We've tried several locations throughout the valley and have found this West Jordan one in Jordan landing is the best. Hands down they have the best customer service!! Tried their new breakfast taco today and it was SO good!! I hope they keep this on the menu!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! They wanted my id for the big purchase which was not even big ! They had no papers or anything informing us about it until we finished ordering. ABSOLUTELY ANNOYED!!!!
The shop is always good for a meet up with a friend, it's comfortable and the music at a level suitable for a chat. Coffee is good, with snack options too.
