Haha they have their new salads advertised but the only thing new is that they now make you pay $3 more than before if you want protein in it.
I was looking for something to give as gift. Sherron was very kind. She made great recommendations and helped address my specific requests. Thank you Kneaders!
If you enjoy drastically longer than usual wait times, rudevstaff, or even the refusal to be given your order... look no further! This circuit of a restaurant has 0 customer service skills, will yell at you for asking if your order is ready, blatantly ignore your presence; When things go wrong such as them taking money from their doordasher, corporate does squat! Please enjoy this shi* show of a dining experience, it is going to be one you remember! For all the wrong reasons!
This is the only Kneaders close to me, so it’s my go-to location. There have been several times where they forgot things from my order. This time I ordered a southwest bbq chicken salad from the drive-thru and asked for no tomatoes. They left off the tomatoes, but also forgot the bbq sauce, red onions, and cilantro. So I paid $10 for only half of the salad I ordered. I usually check my order before I drive off, but this time I was in a hurry and forgot. I know mistakes happen, but forgetting half the toppings on a salad seems like a big oversight to me! It’s a busy location so the lines are also usually pretty long, and it’s one of those drive-thrus you can’t get out of once you’re in it so you’re stuck waiting. Once I waited 20 minutes before I even got to the window. UPDATE: Kneaders did reach out after this review was posted to make things right regarding the salad incident.
We've only tried the French toast. It's pretty good, but it varies on the day. The place gets too packed and it's super loud and they don't have the capacity to clean the tables fast enough. Sometimes you just gotta sit at a dirty table.
I had the Turkey Bacon Avocado on Wheat bread it was Amazing.
Called in to order French toast at 1050 and they close breakfast at 1100 and they wouldn’t place it. Ordered through the app with no issues. Customer service here sucks.
Today I ordered a bunch of food for our company lunch, when door dash delivered, they had forgotten a smoothie. When I called kneaders to explain, they had someone bring the smoothie right away with a complimentary Carmel apple. Everyone at kneaders was so friendly and went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you kneaders!
Update 8 months after original review: DON'T BOTHER WITH THE SPANISH FORK LOCATION. I have loved the quality and service at the three Kneaders locations in Orem and Provo, so thought that maybe if I ordered through Door Dash, I could avoid the infuriating online ordering issues I had previously at the Spanish Fork location. Ordering was fine, of course it's was more expensive to get through Door Dash, but I was craving a nice sandwich and justified it to myself. My mistake. My sandwich was overloaded with sauce, had barely any turkey, barely any cucumbers, and some of the cucumbers were clearly old and browning. Lesson officially learned: Food quality at the Spanish Fork Kneaders is far below the other locations. I would have had a cheaper and more pleasant experience getting a turkey sandwich from Subway. Original review: Good food, if overpriced. The problem is ordering online for pick up. I have ordered online at this location five times. All five times, I was given an expected time for the food to be ready. All five times, regardless of if I showed up right when I was supposed to or 20 minutes later, they did not start making my sandwich until AFTER I arrived and told them I was there. If nothing can be ordered ahead, that's fine. But why mislead me by letting me order ahead and showing a pickup time? On top of this, my order has been incorrect three of the five times I've gone here. Once they forgot an entire bowl of soup. They did give me a refund, but for the wrong item on my receipt. Two other times they did not make a sandwich per the customization I had ordered. Employees also seem to not care less about making people wait or giving them the wrong food; not even a quick apology was offered. I've given up trying to order here. If it were cheaper, the hassle might be worth it, but if I'm spending $10 on a sandwich, I'd like better customer service.
I usually love this place but only for the food, the service hasn’t been that great all the time tho. I got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich this time through the drive through. I ate about 1/4 of my food and felt a gritty texture, there was sand/dirt in the lettuce. Enough where it was forming little balls of dirt. I took a better look and found a curly black hair (my hair is long, brown/blue/purple so definitely wasn’t mine) sitting on top of the bread. I took it back to the restaurant but had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help me, I’ve worked in an understaffed restaurant before in 2020-21 so I would’ve been understanding if that was the case. However there was another employee who seemed available, standing in the back area between the kitchen who could’ve helped me or the other employees with the pilling customers who also didn’t get service. I asked for a refund but the lady went to get my sandwich remade, when she walked back I offered my card to get refunded as well but she said they were remaking the food and that I couldn’t have both. I then told her like I did before I wanted a refund, not more food.
The cappuccino was more like a latte, and the double shot of espresso was just noticeable. The oatmeal raisin cookie was tasty. The server was friendly and helpful.
Food is great and pricing is decent. Their sourdough pancakes are a must have! However, they do tend to take a bit longer than most places. Always have great customer service.
Ordered through their online service for delivery. Ordered two soups and got two different soups. Pretty disappointing.
Food was good. Got the French toast. However the person that brought our food was not friendly and practically threw the food on the table. The French toast is all you can eat, but since there are no waiters I had to go ask for it. Despite having no waiters they still wanted a tip. There was also a lot of yelling out names when an order was ready rather than using numbers like most other restaurants.
We came in near closing time and the two workers were in the middle of cleaning up. They were so polite and kind to stop what they were doing and fix our food for us. Then they were pleasant and polite while cleaning around our table while we ate. They never once gave us that glare that we were in the way while they were trying to clean up. Then, they even gave us some free pastries rather than throwing them away. Where does Kneaders find such awesome people!
I normally love Kneader's but this location is awful. The French toast was burnt, it was also super dry, and they gave half the amount of syrup which wasn't enough to really even taste the syrup. Then they tried to tell me the whipped cream and strawberries is extra! It's literally in the description and pictures of the dish!
I used to visit this location a lot. One day, my Dave's BLT was dryer than dry. Apon inspection, the sauce was a pencil thick line. Over the next few visits, i either get the smallest amount of sauce, or if i ask for extra sauce, it probably could have filled above halfway of a kids' drink cup... the last time my wife finally talked me into giving them a chance, it was perfect (this was like 3 or 4 days ago), so today, i was happy to get my sandwich. My wife places the order explains in a polite way that the sandwich artist/ cook really kinda sucks at thier jobs so please follow the job help aids and put the currect amount of sauce. . So attached is the sandwich requested with extra sauce.. and to top it off, the tomato still has its core in it... (The manager was polite, and we have a credit for another sandwich. However, it is my opinion that a blind person who cared would do a better job than the cook I have encountered on my night time visits)
I absolutely love the food at kneaders!! They are a lil bit pricy but sooo good especially their desserts!!!
Good coffee but they didn't have oatmeal ready and when we asked for a cup of tea thru said they could put some iced tea in the microwave for me...
This may be my last time ordering from kneaders. Placed an order online for pick up. Came to pick up and 35 minutes later still waiting. I would not recommend this place. Very poor service.
