Lovely customer service always! Today especially. I didn't catch her name but the girl in the sublime sweater with long black hair was just so kind!
Jasmine was the BEST. She didn't need to have the order repeated twice. She was very professional and friendly. B&B should hire more people like her. She cares about the customers and deserves a raise. 👍
My wife loves their coffee, her go to is the cafe mocha. The baristas are nice-ish, but are the reason I gave 4 stars. Better than Starbucks though
Disappointed with the service this afternoon. My husband ordered a regular hot coffee and they gave it to him basically cold. I took it to the counter and they offered to microwave it. After a few minutes in the microwave they gave it back and it was still cold. We just left at that point.
Para empezar el café no estaba bueno pedí uno caliente y estaba casi frío y la chica se equivocó de mi pedido,estubimos cerca para el tiempo de cerrar y todo el tiempo estuvimos viendo la hora, supuestamente cierran a las 9:00pm y pensábamos salir 8:50 aún no terminamos nuestro café cuando sin ninguna educación apagan las luces totalmente dejando solo las de los mostradores fue algo muy grosero que ayan hecho eso! bien pudieron acercarse y decirnos que iban a cerrar antes nunca jamás voy a volver aquí fue mala experiencia que ayan apagado las luces sabíamos que cierran a las 9:00 NO PENSÁBAMOS ESTAR AHI TODA LA NOCHE!!!!!!!! Nececitan personas amables ahí

Terrible experience! Long wait following placing order for 1 medium mocha peppermint hot coffee. Instead I received scorched coffee without any flavors. I tried calling the store to no avail. Very disappointed with the service.

At 6:30 the lobby doors are shut. The girl looks right at me. And ignores me. Trust me, I don’t want go in the store as much as you don’t want us to be in there. But I have a utility van that will rip your awning off at the window so I am forced to go to the lobby.
This was my first time trying Beans & Brews in Spanish Fork.... it was okay. We ordered a cappuccino, cookie frappe, ham/Swiss croissant and a turkey/Swiss pesto sandwich. The cappuccino just kinda tasted like instant coffee from home with milk. The frappe was just milky foamy barely there coffee. The food was okay was not amazing but still good. The prices are not sky high but the customer service could use some help.

Super fun, cozy cafe. I walked over while getting my tires changed at Walmart. Wifi was great and the tables were comfy with chargers. They have a great selection of sugar free syrups. The staff were great. I loved it and the were ok with me hanging out for a couple hours.
Not a good experience. I had to go else where to get something to doctor it up. They remade my order of coffee with chocolate banana and almond because they put cocoa powder in it and it obviously wouldn’t dissolve. What I was then given tasted like plain black coffee I’m not from here but having my coffee handed to me and the window shut as I’m asking for a straw is apparently the standard of service. So I had to sit and wait until someone acknowledged me to get a straw.
What an adorable coffee place! They have food, as well as a bunch of to-go options. They don’t accept Apple Pay or other contactless payment options, FYI! Tons of comfy seats inside & a bench outside. They have flavors and offer milk substitutes and cold foam as an option to add! They even have a program where you can sign up to get coffee grounds.
Delicious coffee and tea! My only complaint is that the drive thru was pretty slow, but as someone who works in food service I completely understand.
Love this place! They know how to make my specific drink, whereas the big name place gave me a hard time.

I love this place, their coffee is always so delicious and the staff is always so kind. I love Grace, Libby and Zoey, they are the sweetest baristas ever! they also always offer my dog a pup cup and it makes me so happy lol. Thank you beans!!! edit: some of the workers i mentioned don’t work there anymore, so i would love to give a shout out to Shelby who usually takes my order over the box, she’s super sweet and always gets my order right!
Last 2 summers we made this our morning coffee stop as we passed through town. Great cold brew and bagel.
I come here almost every morning, super sweet staff! I’d like to give a shout-out to Cami for always having a smile on her face and just overall good employee! Highly recommend going.
