I went in this morning and had the most unpleasant experience with the girls working. I walked in and they barely look at me (which is fine if they’re busy with others, but no one was in there except me), I order and the girl seems so annoyed that she had to take my order and then when they gave me my food, they sound so annoyed having to call out what it is. I said thank you as I grabbed my stuff and got a rude and bored “yup” without even looking at me or saying bye or anything. The food was good. I thought it was weird how they left the burrito in the plastic/paper wrap that they buy them in but I don’t care. If I was their manager I would just want to know how they are treating their customers.
I always come here to work for a couple of hours. It's pretty quiet and the Wi-Fi is good. I love their hot chai and hot mochas. Yum!
My least favorite location they are not friendly if you don’t tip you won’t get a sleeve or a stopper I have to ask every time and I have tipped and I have noticed that they do give you one when you do horrible customer service I’m coming to buy a seven dollar cup of coffee and I have to tip every time going through the drive-through

The slowest Beans and Brews I've ever been too. Literally a 30 minute wait for two coffees.
Usually really good service and products from this location, but this morning it seemed like the crew didn’t want to be there, my coffee (which was $8) wasn’t even filled to the top. If I’m paying that much for something I feel like it should be filled to near the brim. And on top of that its a frozen drink but when I received it was so viscous it looked like it had been left out for 30-45 minutes. If service continues to be like that I’ll take my business elsewhere, the one thing I look forward to in the morning to help wake up and set the mood for the day is my coffee, and I won’t pay that much for subpar service/product.

Friendly service and very efficient drive through. I recommend the cold brew or the lavender soda drink. Both are so good! Price is fair and the size is pretty surprising which is awesome. Beans and brews is a chain and this one first the model of the standards.
They were super quick and friendly. Drinks were awesome.
Ok coffee always the bomb but this burrito man. Stay in your lane never meant more then today. Remember hotpockets. You know each end got hot like lava but middle still had not been cooked. Sad day
Nice service. The coffee is coffee, and they offer some alternative milks.

I went in yesterday morning and this lady Sarah that rang me up was rude and had an attitude. I also watched her dump drinks back into the bubblers which is gross? My drink tasted terrible too. I feel like the stores new management went downhill really fast…It used to be so much better.
My experience here is usually great. But lately every time I go something is wrong with at least 1 thing in order. Also if a costumer asks for a certain thing a certain way please listen to them. It’s incredibly frustrating when you ask for something a specific way and it gets ignored and they do the complete opposite.
This beans was horrible… we asked for an americano with oat milk and it came without, so we asked to have it put it, they put way too much in and it tasted like water and oatmilk. We also asked for a pumpkin pie iced latte and it came not stirred, tasting like water, pretty sure they forgot espresso. Worst location I’ve been to. The best location is Midvale off of 72nd and 7th west!!!!

Very amazing experience. This store was very clean and organized. I was made a poor drink it did not taste how it was supposed to, they immediately remade my drink to perfection. Great location!
