Other then the wait this place is top notch, all of the employees I've encountered are real good with their costumer service they for sure deserve more then 8.25 + tips that are all wonderful!! Ladies are gorgeous.
New addiction and very tasty, usually very efficient and drive thru can range 5 to 15 mins

Waited for 25 minutes behind 5 cars in the drive-through just now. Same thing happened a few weeks ago. Not wasting my time here anymore.
They have great coffee, and the staff are very happy and nice to talk to no matter what time of the morning.

The coffee is of course, but the people are just so awesome. They’re always so kind and inquisitive, asking about me and my life and listening intently. And they stay this way even after I tip them lol. They are always complimenting me on my cologne or my hair or my car. Anyways, they’ve got my money forever lol

This place hs quickly becoming my go-to for my weekend coffee. They have a pretty good selection of drinks, but my personal recommendation would be the 9-11, blended with the soft top.
Great coffee and mixes. Love Dutch, it has been my place to go for caffeine. Give it a try, and you be the judge.

This location is awesome! Each team member is friendly. Kuulei (probably spelled wrong, but I can pronounce her name) is amazing. She makes everyone feel at home and that they matter! That kind of personality trickles down to the other staff. Kuulei and the staff are the reason I go to the Pleasant Grove Location. I have been to others and they don't have the same vibe. Friendly, but not the same.
There is something off at this Dutch brothers. You never know how long you’re gonna be in line. There could be 20 people ahead of you and it could take 10 minutes or there could be three people ahead of you and it can take 20. I can never come here unless I don’t have somewhere to be after. The walk up line is completely ignored. You can park across the street and walk to the walk up window but they will still make you wait 20 minutes for a drink with no respect for the fact that you probably walked up in a snowstorm because you are in a hurry. They also have a habit of making drinks and giving them to people in line behind you even though you ordered first. Management needs to change things at this location to be more efficient during peak times and to help employees understand that even if the line is short those people are probably trying to get somewhere as well. And be more deferential to the walk up line. We were so excited to see that coming to Pleasant Grove as we have experienced it out of the state many times but this location is underwhelming. I don’t need the person at the window to chitchat while my drink is being made. Go make drinks! I don’t need a friend; I need my coffee with a simple smile. You can go to Sandy or Provo and have a much better experience. So it can’t be the business model it’s just this location. Please fix it because at this point I am afraid to even get in your line.

The golden eagle Chai with two shots of white coffee taste like cream with caramel drizzle. I think I got ripped off.
As a Type 1 Diabetic, I love that their sugar free coffee options really are sugar free. My favorite is the sugar free cocomo with white coffee. They have a bigger variety of sugar free options than basically anywhere else. I go out of my way to come here because of this. Also, the employees are always so friendly.
It took me a while to come around to this place but when I did, it did not disappoint! Their hot chocolate is good and their energy drinks are awesome! My favorite is the Double Rainbro (strawberry, peach, and coconut). The Dutch Freeze drinks are a great choice all year round! The most favorite thing about this location (besides being so close to home) is every time I come, their service has been ON POINT! Friendly faces, always so personable, and they are always willing to correct a drink if it’s not to your liking! Had the pleasure of being served by Maile today, she was so sweet and friendly!
