Has gone downhill fast. They're too focused on expanding and not focused on quality. They have 2 locations almost a mile apart.
Let the no taste having folks go to that other place with horrible coffee. This is where those of us with taste go for our fix. I love Beans and Brews. Been a fan for a long long time.
B&B any day
No coffee for the missionaries but loved the people there!
I don't know what was going on today, but there were a group of girls just giggling in the corner and kept looking out the window at us in the car. Ordered a coffee and at the bottom there were chunks of something. I've never had problems here before and usually it's a super enjoyable experience, not today. Yikes
Fast and great service always smiling 😃 and great attitude 😀
I got a Frozen Mr. Bs and it literally was straight liquid. Not frozen at all. Honestly disappointed because when I say frozen, I mean frozen. Not a milk
Update: Whatever changes they made worked. There have been no mistaken orders in the past while.
Purchased coffee for wife on June 3 and it came to 6.83. From my credit card statement you can watch the same drink increase 8 to 10 cents every few days…when the drink today cost 7.34 cents for the exact same thing. Sad that for a few bucks more you can purchase a full meal at drive through….time to take business elsewhere. 7.38 for coffee makes it no longer realistic. Price inflation creates demand destruction.
Beans and Brews is nothing special. If you like Starbucks, you'll enjoy this place. The barista didn't know how to make a traditional macchiato and kept trying to tell me it needed Carmel flavoring. It was evident that the barista isn't trained when she asked if i wanted a 12 or 16 ounce cup. When they couldn't even serve it in a ceramic espresso coupe, I cancelled the order and ordered an Americano, black. The barista then asked twice what kind of flavoring I wanted! The employees were polite enough with their limited knowledge of how to make an espresso drink. This is not a real coffee house. For better coffee with knowledgeable baristas, go to Insomniac on State Street.
Baristas are so friendly and drinks were 🤌
Jake came up with an idea to have an A-frame board that lists one of the employees' favorite drinks every day. I tried his drink called the Golden Golden and it is delicious!
The BEST B&Bs! I live in Payson, but travel to American Fork daily. I’ve tried the Springville, Spanish Fork, American Fork, and Santaquin Beans & Brews locations, but PG is always the best. Always happy & upbeat baristas, very friendly. And my hazelnut revolver is always on point. I will go out of my way to stop at this one as they are that awesome!
For the longest time I was a Starbucks regular but after being introduced to B and B I found what was missing. Their products are great and the service is just as good. I'm always a drive thru customer and the one time I was given the wrong drink I called and they made it good the next morning for me.
Usually I have a great experience here. There’s a girl who works the window and is always amazing. Very engaging and asks about how my life is going. But last time I had a guy take my order at the speaker. He mumbled some parts and when I asked what he said he repeated it in the most rude tone. After taking my card he slammed the window on me. Very unpleasant experience.
We went there mid-morning on a sunday for some quick bites and of course coffee and was never disappointed. The place is very clean and well maintained, our sandwiches and coffee were done right, the staff and barista were very nice and accomodating. Cool vibes.
The worker Jake is the most sweetest being and always uplifts my day when i go. ❤️
Literally my most favorite Beans and Brews ever. Jake abs Jackie are amazing, and provide the best customer service!! I spend well over $100 a month here (I know, embarrassing), and it’s totally worth it. I look forward to my daily Mr. B's-it’s literally like a hug in a cup. They even have my name on the wall 😭.
I ordered a latte here and the lady in the drive thru literally told me a mocha is the same thing as a latte. I argued and asked for a latte again, but ended up with a mocha anyway, pretty poorly made too. I wouldn't write a bad review if this was the first time they had messed up my order so badly, but at this location I always expect to get bad coffee. They're just the closest location that has oat milk right now so I thought I would risk it, but it wasn't worth it.
Omg I went to get a matcha tea latte. They made it with water. The new one was 5 cents more, but instead of just getting 5 cents from me, he refunded to my card which I have to wait a week for and charged me again. Then he handed me the water tea so I had to go back through the drive through to get the correct one. Which was just 2 tea bags in steamed milk. Don't get tea from this beans and brew. They can only make coffee. I will never go there again!!!!! The guy with red hair took over for the girl that was first doing my order. He was awful. I think his name was Jason or Jake. But its obvious he can't make a matcha latte. It was awful!!!
