Good food/coffee, good service, good internet, and clean bathrooms. I love this store and the people who work there are awesome.
Decent latte, friendly staff. Nice place to spend an hour recharging.
couldn't decide between drinks. haven't ever tried bnb before. the wonderful barista was extremely helpful and recommended me a hot bnb chai. drink was delicious, ill be returning more frequently to this location 😊😁
Very watery. For the amount you pay your latte should not taste like water. I'll be going to Dutch Brothers or Java Joe's from now on.
The bathrooms were gross and the barista acted like it was the biggest deal ever to take my order and do her job.
They supposed to close at 9:00pm I got there at 8:56pm she close the door on my nose . I just look at her she turned around pretending I wasn’t trying to open the door. Website says they close at 9pm 🕘 not at 8:56pm . I’m understand if she could have say we are closing little earlier but not even that . I usually go to different location 791 East 3300 south millcreek every single day on but they close at 8:00pm that’s why I drove tho this location on 5608 south 900 East Murray . So disappointed
Coffee not hot enough
I wish I could give 0 stars. Just like I gave them a $0 tip. The lady taking my order seemed impatient and annoyed. When I told her I was done ordering she said “Okay. Pull up to the window,” with a snarky tone and scoffed at me. Then I probably waited 10 minutes to get three items. The lady at the window seemed annoyed too. The turkey, swiss & avocado sandwich was burnt, the chicken burrito was cold and watery, and the frozen caramel cielo was over mixed. Weirdest experience at a drive-thru!! If you are going to work in food service, you need to learn how to treat your customers with respect. You’ll get more tips!!
I go here whenever I want to study or if I'm out and about and want a quick coffee and grub. Atmosphere is relaxing so I also sometimes do some studying or reading here too.
We sat inside and had our morning coffee... Very cramped inside but clean. Friendly staff!

Iced Chai = 🔥🔥🔥 !! So yummy ! But like most others have stated, IT TOOK A CRAZY AMOUNT OF TIME FOR 1 DRINK!! NOBODY INSIDE & I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. The window at the drive up was open. Therefore, making it very easy to see inside. I have no clue what the deal was with the "process" of making the Chai, but it took so long. It was like some liquid came out... swirled the cup then looooong pause. Repeat. 7 times. Silver lining..... Coffee was BOMBAY !
Unfriendly employees at this location, made our order wrong and charged us more than they should've without correcting it, and then basically threw the correct drink at us. Also took my phone to scan the rewards app, but never did. Disappointed with this experience.
Very slow drive thru service. They weren't busy inside & there was no one else ahead or behind my car at the drive thru. It took almost 15 minutes from ordering 2 coffees at drive thru window & then driving forward to pay. Payed and still waited longer to get coffee handed to me. Customer service wasn't friendly. Im surprised... The coffee was amazing as always... Just really odd about how long it took.
Love it! Great customer service. And I love that I can get coffee and breakfast at 5am.
the company "brews" donations to non-profits -- e.g., Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and Tree Utah. these are two great groups and i applaud B&B. i have a sad suspicion further watering the lukewarm coffee. are not most of the donations filtered through 501(c)s that are distinguished above all else by huge executive salaries? i want to see lives changed, ecosystems bettered; not uninspired 'public awareness' campaigns that literally do no good. (many to most non-profits sadly fit this bill.) let us see .. awful Christmas music. noise. (not conversation, just ... machines.) owned by a wealthy local family.
Beans & Brew is always the perfect choice, my favorite.
I waited 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru to get my coffee—the service was slow. I thought I would have to get out and clock in to make my coffee.
There are so many delicious choices! Right now, I have two new favorites, Mr.B's freeze and the avocado toast!!
Yummy and a cool shop but kinda pricey
