Such a sweet location! The staffs are always so friendly and welcoming. There were a few times where the employees would compliment me and my glasses whenever I come in, which made my day bright. The drinks are also always on point! Definitely recommend this location to satisfy your taste buds and caffeine cravings!
Didn't know how to brew coffee, gave me French brew when I ordered a Blonde. Asked if I wanted whipped cream on my mocha, when I ordered plain fricken coffee. I want my $10 and 15 mins back.
Yesterday I walked out because the line was too long. Today my coffee is cold and there are 4 people behind the counter doing nothing. Can anyone recommend a good coffee place in the area?
Not very friendly. People, not mean but just not friendly. They don't greet you when you walk in. They don't really talk to you. It's kind of annoying that they don't have the prices on the menu. That was weird. I read it three because it was just right in the middle. Just a boring old coffee shop
The baristas Paizlie and Hennessy were super nice and made the drinks fast and tasted good. They were super patience with me and decided the drinks very well
We picked a snowy day to go to Beans and Brew for a breakfast drink. It was nice and cozy inside, We liked the arrangement of seating, Service was good and the prices were ok for our breakfast drinks. 👍
I spilled my drink on the freeway during a big wreck and the manager was so kind to replace it for me with no hesitation! 5 stars and shout out to the manager for great customer service!
Coffee’s are fine. What’s worse is the service lately. It’s like there has never been training, They don’t have any organization. 8 people in the store and the baristas have no idea who ordered what. So drinks are just sitting. They call out drink names, but some people ordered the same things. Then more people show up and the cycles continue. This is our favorite B&B but it seems to be needing some help desperately.

Staff was able to make the coffee butter frappe as an iced latte upon request. It was delicious! Staff was friendly and place was very clean.
Baristas are so polite and friendly. The drinks are wonderful. Selection for price is better than competitors. Flavors are richer, fuller and overall taste better. Beans & Brews has more options for the family. I am impressed with this coffeehouse chain.
I love Beans & Brews!! This is my go to location when I'm in Murray. The girls working there were friendly and awesome and they seemed to enjoy their jobs. Tha k you!
As expected from this brand and franchise nice and friendly and helpful staff... kudos for the baristas working hard to serve the clients... - good coffee but expensive already at $3 just a small cup of simple brew... Short schedule closing too early especially during weekends when it should be non stop 24/7 as a respectable coffee house should be in modern days in a civilized society...
This is a pretty quiet place to go and chill. They have wifi and great coffee, low traffic and Kool barristas who can read a room
Yesterday I had a very kind barista and I just want to thank them and all the workers here who go above and beyond. Best B&B in the valley!
Awesome crew making delicious coffee drinks.
I usually get a frozen Mr. B's or a frozen mocha. This time I tried a espresso float with an extra shot of espresso blended in. Yum!
I enjoying coming here since it’s quit and close to work. But lately some of the staff there has no respect yelling out cuss words while customers are inside. It’s wasn’t like this before hopefully they can fix this issue would hate to have to drive further just to not hear yelling and swearing between employees and their friends
Has been over 6 months since I have been to this location and for good reason. Can not get an order right to save their lives. Drinks have to be made 3 times, just for you to settle with what you get. When you go to correct the staff they leave to the back with an attitude. Out of multiple items without telling anyone, including their fellow employees. So disappointed and will be bringing my business elsewhere.
