Very busy they were out of certain products

Waited for a doordash order for about 40 minutes. They said it would be ready in a few minutes. They could have at least told me the wait would be awhile rather than lying to my face.

Like three months ago I stopped in with the family to grab some hot drinks I personally just wanted some coffee and they were like our machine is down, totally understandable but I come back 7am 5/6/2023 and machine is still…….. broken. Wanted some other items on the menu and they were out! Seriously! Horrible… Wouldn’t recommend this place.! I’m for sure not coming back.

We came a couple of months ago and they were out of items, we decided to get whatever they had since we were there already . We came again to give it another chance, once again out of items. The coffee machine was broken which was broken a couple of months ago. This is the last time we come.

So slow, hire more USU students. We waited online for the drive thru with only one car ahead of us for 25 minutes. All we wanted were a loaf of their bread and it took that long. Speed it up Kneaders or we won’t be back.

Great little place for soups and sandwiches. A little dark and chilly inside, but the staff was awesome. They ran out of cheese and broccoli but was able to substitute. The beef stew wasn't the greatest though. Next time I'll be getting the Mac n cheese sandwich and will most likely be giving a full 5 stars after that.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Kneaders today, I generally do, but this afternoon was honestly *super* disappointing. I placed my order online and arrived at the estimated pick up time. I stood in line for about 10 minutes (not the end of the world, it's lunch rush and mostly out of their control- though they could have been staffed better). After finally being able to talk to someone at the counter, they let me know that they were unexpectedly out of the loaf I'd ordered. Some kind of advanced notice while placing my order would have been helpful? Gal helping me told me I could pick another loaf from the selection they had. Y'all... It was super sparse. They had like half of their usual options available and it's only 1:00PM. I politely asked for a refund and she discussed this with her manager before I was told they would refund me that afternoon for the loaf. Cool, all's well. I take my other food and head home. I'm starving by now, I take a bite of my sandwich only to realize my turkey BLT is missing... Bacon. Are you kidding me? That's one of the four main ingredients and why I'm paying dang near $12 for a sandwich. I was very sad. I want to be clear- I understand some of this is out of their control but a lot of it was just inattentive and sloppy service. Not at all like what I've come to expect from this cafe. Normally my family enjoys Kneaders. The food and service are usually satisfactory, but today they really let me down and I want to warn others- NEVER order online at Kneaders and always check your food to make sure they got everything! You shouldn't have to do this. :/

Their French toast is soooooo good. Always hot and fresh. This location had great service. They do have an app with rewards and it can save you some money if you come back a few times.

This location seemed to be out of many items that we wanted to order, but it was late in the day so that is probably the reason. We ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and the turkey bacon avocado salad. Both were super yummy!

The staff here are cool, but Kneaders is still a pretty mid location.

Loved it. Food was really good. We really enjoyed it. Even our picky toddler liked what he ate, which was a grilled cheese sandwich. Definitely recommend it. Only thing is that it is a bit pricey. So if you're on a budget keep in mind you might spend a little more than usual. Cuz you have to buy everything separately. They don't have like combos or anything like that. But they do have a kids meal and that does come like a combo, it includes the drink. But food is great. Love the coffee! Hot chocolate was really good but a bit too sweet for our pallet. And the staff was great, very accommodating which I truly appreciate.

Five star food but restaurant was so cold. I will definitely go again for a good meal.

This is one of the worst places to pick up for doordash they never have the order on time They always make the door dasher late

We waited twenty minutes for staff to put six already prepared bakery items into a bag. That is ridiculous. Further, we ordered lemon tarts. They gave them all away to drive thru people that ordered after us. The cashier offered a replacement and a free pastry. That was a nice gesture. However, it just did not compensate for the wait time and the overall negative experience.

Ordered their French toast. Waited 10 minutes for it to come out cold. Syrup, toast, everything. It was also missing the strawberries. The bread was stale and hard to eat. Very disappointing.

Great service, they are very kind and are considerate of all reasonable requests. They seem understaffed though. Make sure you get there before 11 if you want the all-you-can-eat French toast. The French toast is great.

The french toast was dry and the crust was so hard you could not cut them. But the flavor was still good. The orange juice was bitter and over priced.

There cheddar broccoli soup is cheese sauce with broccoli. No cream of soup at all. Obviously its not made from scratch. They want 18.99 for 1 qt. Horrendous place to go. You can get sandwiches and soup for half the cost ( homemade). Just go to any other bakery.

Very disappointing. I went through the drive through get all the way home which is 20 min away and find that the salad I used to get was missing the corn and black beans it used to have, and the avocado on both the salads we got was rotten brown, we had to remove it. I hardly hard 2 bites of chicken and some of the lettuce was wilted. If I am going to spend $25 for 2 salads, those salads better be exceptional. I was sick so I didn't want to cook, so we spent the money to get take out and I ended up having to make dinner anyway...will not be going back to kneaders.
