Clean space with fast service . Some of the staff was rude.. really rude actually. Seemed to bothered that we came in . I'll just cross the street and bagles from smiths.
The turkey sausage breakfast bagel is delicious!! Love their bagels service is always fast and friendly.
Forgotten how amazing yummy Einstein bagels and spreads are. Their dozen box is a perfect party gift.

Fast service, helpful staff
I went in this morning to get a bagel with smear and my son had a breakfast sandwich. His sandwich was so delicious. The store is clean. They had our food to us really quick. The girl working the cash register was the friendliest employee I’ve interacted with at this location. I was impressed. I’ll be back. 👍🏻

Einstein bros. Bagels are absolutely fantastic! They have plain bagels or bagels with different ingredients mixed in. They also serve some wonderful bagel sandwiches! A personal favorite of mine is the Nova Lox. They have coffee and other beverages to enjoy.

Great food not the best at having All the bagels in stock. In fact, most of the time when you go in there, there's only about 4 to choose from.
Good but pricey
We went in to get the free breakfast sandwich for my wife’s birthday that is advertised on their website. It wasn’t showing up on the app and the employees and manager at this location were horrible. We first mentioned it and the cashier had no idea what we were talking about and wouldn’t do anything to find out about it. Then after we showed the deal to her on the website she was like oh um I don’t know what to do about that and went to ask her manager. We ended up giving the account number and scanning our app but without any success. The manager then came over and kind of got mad at us saying that if it’s not on the app then they won’t do anything. We just said fine and left. All the while, they didn’t even say Happy Birthday to my wife. Very very disappointed with this location.
Phone # doesn't connect. Drove down to Einstein, and still had to download app to order. The app required us to sign up for the rewards program before we could even place an order. Not optimal. Can't order inside, even though you can pick up orders inside, and people just hang out inside waiting for orders anyway.. So not sure why people can't order physically at the location and take it to-go (like Jamba Juice next door), with social distancing practice in place. I know we're all trying to do our best, but Einstein's process is a little bit of hassle in comparison to other businesses.
Tried Einstein for the 1st time in a very long time about 1 month ago. The Nova Lox meal is to die for. Trying to visit once a month. Thank you it was fantástic !
This is a great place. May options but many good workers who are welcoming and kind.
