Just had a fantastic customer service experience. I went in to purchase a gift basket but the ones available weren’t quite right. I decided to buy a few things and make my own, but they told me the manager could help me. The manager took all of my things and spent a lot of time making sure the basket was perfect. He was also so kind and personable. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

I love the food here. The French toast is absolutely divine. I have it for every birthday! The syrup alone is just the right amount of sweet, and viscous enough that it spreads well without spilling off the sides. The strawberries might as well be Grade AAAAAAA, for the quality of fruit they deliver. The whip cream is like a milky cloud. The people are amazing and nice. The only bad thing about this place is the early hours of selling! I would love to come here for lunch, or dinner, or most times of day, but I can only eat there before 9! Other than that, this place is worth every penny.

Greeting from a warm friendly employee at the window. Wonderful experience. Just sad they don't have pancakes anymore.

We are (were) frequent kneaded visitors and usually dine at the location in Lindon. This kneaders served us chicken salad sandwiches which we’re VERY skimpy on the chicken, and the bread was stale on both sandwiches. When I took my sandwich to the counter to ask if the amount of chicken was what they typically served, both young ladies said “yes” without even looking at the sandwich. One of them eventually glanced over and reiterated ‘yes’, but as I’ve said, we’ve eaten there before and have had much more chicken salad in our sandwiches previously. I’m not one to argue with the staff…I prefer to let my feet do the walking and my wallet do the talking when I don’t come back and spend my money where I’m treated right…or at least better.

I liked the white bean chili and was glad i could get that with side salad to avoid eating too much.

As a big fan of Kneaders I was incredibly disappointed by my visit today. We ordered the “unlimited” French toast. Got our first serving after 20 minutes and it was cold. We asked immediately for our refill on the food as it took way longer than anticipated. After waiting a good 40 minutes we went to the counter to check on the status of our order. We were told that it’ll be longer because they are “super busy”. Yet, when looking around the store was about 60% capacity. We waiting longer only to see people that came in after us get their food AND refills before us. We then went to the counter again and were “blown off” in a sense as the lady at the counter kept saying “it will be a bit longer”. I have never experienced such lack of customer service and will not be going back to that location. I wish we got a refund… but who knows how long that would have taken!

I didn't eat here. I tried ordering 3 different meals and they were out of an ingredient for each one. I finally gave up and went somewhere else. To be fair, it WAS going to close in the next hour or two, so I don't really hold it against them. Service was still polite, and the atmosphere at the two kneaders restaurants I've been to has always been great. If they are coming up on their closing time, maybe this isn't the best place to go. That or just be willing to play, "guess what we still have in the back tonight!"

I hate to complain, but I did a online pickup. I came down to pick it up when it estimated it would be ready. All I ordered was a soup and when I got there it wasn't ready, which is fine, but then the worker said they're just slammed. ( there was no one in the store). I then proceeded to wait 25 minutes in the store to receive my soup. Which only had broth in it (I got chicken noodle). Yummy flavor though just very disappointing.

Zero stars worst food we have ever had from there. All three sandwiches were awful. French dip sandwiches couldn’t even eat the bread was so hard everything way over priced chicken noodle soup was $20 for a quart size and we got maybe two bowls out of it. Absolutely ridiculous manager would not even call us back when I call to complain. It was all in the drive through so didn’t check it until we got home.

I use to love kneaders, but the last few times I’ve been, the food and service have been lackluste. TheirWe ordered food to go for my husbands birthday. At checkout, it said to be there in 20 minutes. Cool! So we arrive and wait nearly an hour. Another person waiting says it’s been over an hour for her. We finally get our food, do a quick check, and head home. Unfortunately what we thought was a soup bowl wasn’t. There appeared to be enough boxes for our added pastries, but there wasn’t. We didn’t receive the ‘redeem free pastry’ which is on our receipt, the raspberry croissant we added, or the soup with my husbands panini. We did receive the cinnamon roll, but it was dry and tasteless. I’ve called 3x this week to have this sorted out. Twice I’ve been hung up on, once I’ve been told I’ll receive a call back. (I have not.) ** update : Luckily for kneaders, their online leads manager Cristina is fast, helpful, and remedied the situation.

Had to be the worst tuna sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Dry! Dry! Dry!! Not nearly enough mayonnaise—had to take a drink with practically every bite! It was supposed to have red onions? Apparently not! And $10 for just a second rate sandwich? No chips? No pickle? Nothing else? Never again! Want a great tuna sandwich? Believe me, two words: Jimmy Johns!!

Absolutely delicious! The staff was amazing. I felt bad because I thought something was left out of my bag but it was just my mistake and the girl that helped me was very sweet about My mistake. Definitely would go there again
