UPDATE: I gave this location another try, and they've definitely improved their service. The staff was a lot more friendly and accommodating. It's nice to come back here. Overall, this location is worth a shot. OLDER REVIEW I'm a fan of this location, yet the staff today...not so friendly. I guess I should stop tipping until I can get better service from them.
Coffee tastes horrible. This “croissant” sandwich looks and tasted sad. This place needs to reinvent itself and try again. I first tried Beans & Brews (this location to be exact) back in 2021 and wow, it was bad then and is still bad now.
Look at my pictures!!! We spent $20 bucks on this and two coffees. What a terrible place to eat. They don’t actually have food. We ordered two croissants. They looked great on the pictures but you get a flat something without taste. I kindly brought that to the attention of the young lady working there. I told her that this is terrible and she answered with “I know, I’m sorry”. The price is what gets me!! People of Lehi have no idea what actual food is. This place deserves no business!
Paid for white mocha but gave me straight bland milk. I told the person at the counter and to which she said are going to re-do it and this time it’s even worse than the first time lol. Both times it’s def not anywhere close to mocha but just tasted like raw milk. If you don’t know how to make coffee, just simply don’t. One of the Staff members is friendly though.
Waited about 30 minutes to get my drink. Two cars in front of me wasn’t even good and messed up the order. This place is not customer service non friendly
very bad experience, the coffee spilts anywhere on the cups. And I order a medium size, when I back home turns out its not even filled up! Please train your staff in professional way!

I walked in before nine while the open sign was still on and the door was unlocked. While walking up to the door I see a staff member rushing to lock the door in my face.. on top of that a car had barely left the drive thru. I don’t understand why staff didn’t want to take my order then lie and say “i just closed till” Why close till before closing time ?
Beans and Brews is usually my favorite for strong Caramel Lattes. Unfortunate this one tasted like reheated weak coffee.
Great location to study with terrific employees. They are helpful when making a selection. Also, I lost one of my wireless headphones in the store and they helped me find it! Keep up the good work
Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but the beans are great!

Walked in to order a coffee, 4 employees.. no one would acknowledge I was standing at the counter. The priority is serving the drive through .. I can’t believe how long I stood there and finally after still nobody saying hi or taking my order I left. No clue why they even have a space you can go into.. should just be another one of those shipping containers with the dude shoving coffee out the window I guess
Low quality food, poorly prepared. Stomach ache inducing. Don't bother
First time here. Breakfast brought my order back to the hotel. Order was completely wrong! Ordered iced caramel cielo with Soy—received it with whole milk. Ordered Avocado toast on white bread—received a grilled cheese sandwich on wheat. Called them and they said they can fix my order later because they were busy. What the heck!
Cameron to the Lehi location on Traverse Mountain the girl knows my drink that I order I came in to complain about Saratoga springs attitude from the staff the way they treated me today and I showed her my drink my drink was dark in color it wasn’t vanilla like I ordered it and it had way more cinnamon that I wanted the drink was nasty and I wasn’t gonna drink it and I was afraid of the rude comments I got when I went inside the store to get a receipt that maybe they might’ve done something to my drink the girl that works there is a little blonde one was very rude and questioning that she gave to me which I didn’t understand it you know I just came in to get a receipt and I also asked for a cup of ice that I didn’t get that either The young kid in the drive-through was nice when a customer says would you like me to repeat their order the reason they say that is because of bad experiences of orders being incorrectly me that is the only reason I asked that question because that particular location has messed up my order so many times I debate some times whether to go to it but sometimes it’s convenient so I tried it again I will not come back to Saratoga springs location to order my drinks anymore the other locations always do it right and they definitely don’t over pour cinnamon in there so much that you can hardly drink it and there was so little ice in there that the drink was hot right away anyway staff members should never question the customer whether the customers there as a DoorDash driver GrubHub driver Uber eats driver and they decide to order a drink for themselves they are still a customer like anyone else and the young girl that works in Saratoga Springs and Sunday morning shouldn’t be so questionable to a customer or outright attacked them verbally that’s wrong I think the girl in the Lehi location for being kind nice and she has made my drinks over the years that I have come to that location and they always make it right thank you
The baristas that help me every morning are amazing!! I forgot to ask for Soy milk this morning and the person helping me remembered and remade my drink. Thank you for being so thoughtful. You saved me from a full day of stomach issues.
Drive through is quick and they’re one of the few places around open Sunday.
Great tasting coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Fast friendly service.
I love this location! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful… Even when I bought my coffee originally at the Orem store, I went in to buy an extra shot for my espresso float at the Lehi store and they just gave it to me for free.
