Nice building but overpriced and slow service. Coffee was way too thin. Wouldn't stop there again.

Quite possibly the best coffee we have ever had! And the views are spectacular as well.

Stumbled upon this place driving thru to Bryce Canyon. I stopped for a cappuccino, it was great.

Greatest coffee shop location in the US…simply perfect. And great coffee, great staff, decent snacks, interesting trinkets. If you are road tripping RT12, plan this stop.

Absolutely adore the Kiva and all it’s offerings! The people, the place and the palate pleasing food makes this a worthwhile stop for all adventurers to fuel or refuel in the gorgeous backdrop of Escalante.

This is such a unique shop! We arrived minutes before closing but the barista was so kind and allowed us in and made some incredible coffee. We were passing through on our way to Bryce. I bought a mug from Jane a local potter and it’s honestly one of my favorite investments. Such a stunning piece!

Glad to see the store has finally updated their hours online. We planned to stop in on our drive from Bryce to Capitol Reef... Planned to have lunch there, and planned our whole day around it. Double checked the hours online (on their site and on google). When we drove up, the road-side sign said it was open. We pulled into the parking lot and walked up, only to find a small hand-written note on the door saying they were closed.

An amazing refuge along Hwy 12 peeks out of the cliffs like a traditional kiva, allowing incredible views of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Along with great coffee and pastries, the coffeehouse sells local pottery and indigenous jewelry. Since it’s closed during winter, getting in on their last day open (Oct 30) was a treat. Something to look forward to!

Amazing view with decent coffee - much better than you find on most American spots and a total surprise given its location. They actually know how to froth milk properly! The burrito was very well done, and whilst we didn’t try them the cakes and desserts looked good. To top it off the place has stunning panoramic views from every table.

A++ good coffee, can be busy and sell out of the burritos. Enjoy the view.

Probably the most unique coffee house I've ever been to. Great coffee, great food, and a view to die for. Its 10 miles out of Escalante very near the Calf Creek Trail.

Great view! Really good coffee and food. We had a member of our party with a flat tire and they helped us call a flatbed. I'm surprised I've never stopped here before. Highly recommend.

Cute place in the middle of a beautiful drive. Got an oat milk cappuccino which was delicious. Beautiful views, the inside is cozy. Note that they do NOT have wifi and I also didn't have cell service there.

Since this is the only place to get coffee or beverages off the byway, they have a captured audience. It’s very cute inside and out, but the service was atrocious and the cappuccino was just so-so. There was no one in there and it took 20 minutes to get it. There were 3 people behind the counter so busy gabbing that I had to ask how long. That’s when they started making it. Not impressive.
