I come here often on my way to work. The people that work here take pride in their work, and are always so polite and kind. Anytime I have an idea to try something new and need a suggestion, they never disappoint.
Would give five stars, except the wait in line is generally pretty long. The coffee is delicious.

Best coffee in town hands down! Only downfall is when you pay they ask “would you like to leave a tip it’s?” I know it’s optional but I feel bad and awkward when I can’t tip. Just let us choose to say I’d like to leave a tip instead of asking.
This place is great! Affordable and everyone who works there is super sweet and helpful if you're looking for a certain something. I always go here now instead of other coffee places
House special - hot... or Chunky Monkey w/whipped cream blended - cold... Sooooo Good!! They totally hit the spot! Christmas specials are delicious too.... Frosted Christmas Cookie (hot) will give you a warm fuzzy tummy!! The girls inside are always cheerful and friendly! Highly recommend! House Special....So tasty on a cold winter's day!!
We were coming down from Brian Head Ski Resort, trying to regain our body warmth, and decided to stop by Perks for some hot tea with honey. We asked for a recommendation on what tea to get and the lady recommended jasmine tea. We went with her suggestion and were SO satisfied. The tea was delicious and it definitely hit the spot. We will visit again next time we make it to Cedar City :)
I will return tomorrow for a replacement coffee. Really nobody will drink coffee like this. 2 weeks in a row I have been headed absolutely subpar product. Highly don't recommend this coffee shop

I love going to Perks! The employees are always so kind and it is my favorite place to get Chai in town :)
They staff is always very friendly. The drinks are amazing. Better then Starbucks. You may have to wait a little while but it worth it in the end.
Oof the line is often very long during peak hours. I do not reccomend going during the monring rush. Their drive thru window is a bit up high for sedan drivers like me. They ahve several non-dairy/vegan milk options. The coffee was okay.
10/10 highly recommend. So much better than Starbucks and super affordable. We came up here from Vegas and I was dying for good coffee something besides the basic Starbucks. So happy we found this small coffee stand.
I LOVE perks! The quality of espresso that goes into their drinks is amazing and roasted locally in St George. I respect that they try and locally source all their product and help other smalls businesses grow. Even if you are unhappy with your drink they always try to make it right by remaking it and leaving the customers happy. Grateful to live close to a shop like this!
