Fantastic food/drink options, affordable, awesome people, clean, modern, lots of seating, beautiful toilets + yoga studio
I'm new to drinking coffee, but out of the few places I've tried, bristlecone has been the best. I love getting the iced Amelia (espresso+oat milk+salted caramel). The peanut butter protein bites are filling and tasty, too. Really good quality and comfortable lounge and work area.

You will miss you if you don't visit this location. Incredible food 🥝😍, very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. My two boys and me got the best breakfast sandwich here and some yummy drinks. Highly recommend. Will deserved five stars.
The drinks we ordered were amazing and the employee who helped us gave an add-in suggestion which was on point. Highly suggest you visit when you're in Cedar City you won't be disappointed!
Cloud nine cappuccino was delicious, ideal for sweet coffee lovers. Great vibe in the place, lots of interesting comfy seats. Would stop by again on my next visit to the area.

Bristlecone has the best coffee in Cedar City and their veggie wrap is delicious! I go here nearly everyday when I'm in town.
Great place to relax in comfort with a delicious cup of coffee and catch up with friends. Way cheaper than Starbucks and 100% more comfortable!
William, Nancy and Sophia were amazing, they made the visit, they were warm and welcoming! William’s toasted marshmallow latte recommendation and the bagel breakfast sandwich were delicious! Definitely recommend for anyone traveling through!
i love bristlecone as a college student it’s very convenient to come here and study :) the environment is very relaxed and the staff are friendly and sweet :))) Yoga classes are amazing and overall great service
Stopped by here as we were passing through on a road trip and so glad we did. We tried a couple different drinks plus some breakfast sandwiches and they were all so delicious, plus the customer service was friendly and patient as we tried to get our order figured out making this a very enjoyable experience. I wish you were in our hometown, you would be our new regular coffee shop!

Wonderful atmosphere, staff, food and coffee. Just be careful with ordering online. Sometimes they're out of what is being ordered and you have to double check and make sure payment went through.
Love William and Nancy. All the employees are very nice, but these two, especially William, make this place so much fun to come in to. They always seem to above and beyond what is expected of them.

We are from out of town and had just recieved some bad news about our car. We came in for a tea to regroup and was met with William; whom is one of the most sweetest, energetic and funniest baristas. He and Casey really helped turn our day around. The atmosphere was fantastic and gave us a warm and inviting space to figure things out. Thank you for being there and providing such amazing customer service!!!!!
