I went here on Black Friday and there was only one girl working there. Her name was Jayde. She did amazing even though she was extremely busy. I wish she would have had some help so she wasn’t so stressed out. She deserves a raise for her hard work in this store. She was truly very sweet.

This was the end of an adventure to find a place to sit with a friend and co worker for a morning cup and some fabulous philosophical conversation. We were looking for someplace local for flavor but at the last minute. Being rather chilly for the day we wanted to sit indoors for chat. Although the place was rather empty, we sat for them to complete the order. We anticipate they must have finished the order within 5 minutes, maybe ten. There was only one other customer at the time. As we visited and several other customers had come and gone, he finally questioned our drinks as almost 30 minutes had passed. Nobody had called to alert us and even though there were 3 employees, the drinks sat at the far end of the counter away from us. At least they were cool enough to drink. The restrooms were slightly unkempt and needed attention. I've been to other Beans and Brew and had much better services. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to sit for a cup of coffee and friendly chat.

if you get frozen mochas don’t go to this location. Their frozen machine is usually broken and when it’s not I think they just decide to make it in the blender and it makes the drink all whipped and separated and gross. I asked if they changed how they make it and cause it’s kind of off and they said they didn’but I don’t quite believe it cause it’s so different than it should be and didn’t really care I didn’t like it. Go to a different location.

The turkey, pesto and Swiss sandwich tastes and smells like hotdogs. At first I thought I was crazy but then I had someone else try it and they said the same thing. Coffee is good tho

This location has great service. They are always willing to answer any questions with patience. It helps that there are non-dairy options, so that everyone in my family can get something here. My personal favorite is the hot Mr. B's.

Skip. Better yet, drive a few more feet and get a cold brew mocha freeze from costco. The coffee's stronger and service is nicer. The gentleman employee tonight refused to let my 8 year old daughter use the restroom. Empty restaurant too. I explained to him she had to go quickly, and he refused since I hadn't purchased anything today. I explained I'm a regular customer- correction..was.

I was literally the only one in line in the drive through. The app shows a expiring coupon in 2 days so I came to use it. You can’t use a coupon and your rewards, that I have earned from purchase in the same transaction? And they couldn’t get my gift cards to load . I stopped because there was zero line, running to Costco for gas . I was worried I almost ran out of gas. The manager had to come and she couldn’t get it done. I just left with no drink or breakfast. It’s kind of ridiculous

We stopped here for breakfast. My sandwich, the bacon and egg was good. My ice tea, the tea bags were floating at the bottom, so couldn't get them out. They didn't give my husband his pastries, so he had to ask and the kid who waited on him was obvious. Bathroom was a mess and toilet was stopped up. We won't be back.

This location is open till 8:00pm but you stop serving food on the menu at 6:00pm so the oven can be cleaned.

I used to go here 2 times a week. The employees were never very friendly and seemed to expect a tip. I will never give this business my money again for the fact that they changed the bathroom signs from a men's and a women's bathroom to a any gender bathrooms. I don't support playing into mental illness.

Worst customer service ever! I waited incredibly long in the drive-through and when I finally got my drink it was I completely wrong drink. I have certain allergies and I can’t have caffeine or regular milk and they put just that in it.I didn’t notice it until I last I had to drive all the way back and once I went inside and told him he just looked at me and didn’t apologize or anything. I work in this industry and I would be very very apologetic yes they made an error on their part. Never going to this location ever again and they really need to know how to treat a paying customer too! I even tipped them!
