This is the kind of fun, fresh place that stands out amidst the other Waco coffee shops as a little more “grown up” and farther away from campus. I appreciate the amount of seating, and I love the pourover options!

Amazing coffee shop hidden off bosque. Very specific coffee importer with some of the highest quality equipment that lends to the perfect cup. On top of that, their prices come out nearly the same as Starbucks. Without question, the best coffee and atmosphere in Waco.

Incredibly cute place! Waco has been needing a coffee shop with vibes exactly like this, and I personally love the fact that it's located in North Waco. The cutesy, feel-good, aesthetically pleasing etc shops are usually confined to downtown/Baylor area, so showing this side of town some love is so appreciated. The employees are very friendly and helpful! The coffee and bites are both solid and the feel of this place really can't be beat. Those booth area archways in the back with that lighting?! My favorite little tidbit about For Keeps. Unreal!! So cute, I will definitely be making this my study spot!

Terrible parking situation. Stand offish staff. Overpriced compared to other Waco coffee shops. Absolutely gorgeous interior.

A haven for coffee connoisseurs! Nestled in the heart of Waco, For Keeps is an absolute gem for coffee aficionados seeking an extraordinary caffeine experience. They combine the art of specialty coffee with the mastery of the revolutionary Pour Steady coffee maker, creating a truly memorable experience. My Barista Elvia was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations. If you are passing through Waco like myself, it’s a must stop.

Food is great, coffee also great. Serve time was a little long, parking very challenging. Atmosphere was bright but not loud and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend

Best morning coffee experience in town! Great ambience and vibe if you need to do some work or just visiting. I had a flavorful cappuccino (served in proper cups, not paper) with their “breakfast sammy” - the everything bagel was delicious!

This place feels like you’re in Nashville. The vibe is so clean and nice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice atmosphere to work, meet with friends, or spend a Sunday afternoon.

Totally digging this spot, the ambiance is great. The Scone was White Chocolate Raspberry and it was delicious. The scone was one of the best I’ve had. The Vanilla Latte was swell as well. My only knock was parking. That being said I’ll be back to check out @HoneyCombCigars next door too.

UPDATE: Unfortunately this place struggles with consistency. I went in and asked for a dirty chai---which I do pretty much every time. I got back the right drink, but at a stunningly poor quality. I didn't get a picture, but the milk texture was totally flat and not at all what's to be expected from a latte. So I was asked if they'd do a remake since the drink was in excess of $7 (!). The attached pic of the drink is the *remake*; not the original screw up. That isn't cool. Is it really too much to ask that a latte is competently steamed at what's supposed to be a high-end coffee shop? Did they even attempt to poor it or did the milk just get dumped into the cup? My *remade* drink is somehow worse than the original one that I got. And this isn't to mention the fact that whoever was behind the bar was clearly disinterested when I originally asked about the remake. OLD REVIEW: Interior-wise, this is the best coffee shop in Waco and it isn't particularly close. Seriously, its spacious and has tons of seating; its bright and open, making it suitable for working or chatting with friends. The espresso drinks are great and are perhaps just better than their competitors in town. And (if you care) the internet speed is better than all of their competitors as well. Will definitely be back! Only two very small complaints: they close a little earlier than some of the other coffee joints around (though this may change), and the music. The latter is a bit too loud and rumbly and to be frank just wasn't to my taste. They'd do well to have someone curate a playlist that wasn't so full of zoomer-centric pop music. The place would be a bit more chic if they stuck with music that fit the interior design better (this is what Pinewood Coffee *excels* at as the music is a perfect match with their aesthetic). Right now you'd hear some of the same tracks at a Target and I am not exaggerating. Something more avant-garde would just make the interiors that much better, imo.

I stopped at For Keeps while traveling through Waco. It was a sweet spot to rest and enjoy some great coffee and pastries before heading back home. Definitely go check them out!
