Very nice atmosphere and wonderful service from staff. First time guest. I had the Eggs Benedict. They were very good. The hash brown bale I found tough taking a knife and fork with some difficulty to cut them and then the taste was starchy and perhaps a little uncooked in the middle. Wife had chicken and waffles. The chicken nuggets appeared to be from a frozen batch. Our drinks were regular black coffee and an unsweetened tea. Just under $32 before tip.

I’m giving a 2 star review due to how this establishment looks. It looks very nice, quiet & seems clean. When it comes to the food, it is very, very mediocre & depending on what you get, not good. This visit, our burgers were raw inside, literally raw with blood on the plate. I’m sure the kitchen got upset when we sent them back, so then they were just completely burned when we got the new ones. The tea tasted like dirty water & the fries were soggy. This wasn’t like my last visit, so I’m very disappointed & won’t be back, unfortunately.

Went to Haystacks on Saturday and had the best time. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Our waitress Dara went above and beyond and was the sweetest person. Thank you for a great experience.

It was ok! The owner of the place is very nice. Our server was very nice but a little to overly attentive for me. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was more bread then filling.

This is one of the best places I have ever been to! My waitress/barista was super helpful and friendly! Dara is the reason I will be going back! I absolutely adore her and if you have her as your waitress, you’re very lucky! She is the nicest lady ever! Thank you so much for an amazing experience, Dara

I made advanced reservation for 20 but the morning of I needed to change the total to 30. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was ready when we arrived. We had several servers who were efficient and friendly. Everyone in the group was pleased with their food and the overall experience. Amazing place, food and people!

Just ok. I've been to haystacks before. The food and service seemed better last summer. Not knocking the place though. It might have been an off day and little more. Ordered breakfast and got a small portion of 'cowboy quiche' and undercooked (in the middle) haystack of hash browns. A different selection would likely been better, but I wanted to try something new.

Went for bfast this morning. Was not impressed at all. I had heard so many good things, but no. My friends’s quiche was not done in the middle. So gross. They did nothing about it. And she told the server. The hash brown ball was not crispy. They didn’t have coffee? Umm what? Very over priced like $30 per person. For bfast? The food is not good at all. Will never go back.

Not happy with the food quality. For a place that should be upscale there were too many items that were pre made and heated up instead of fresh made in the kitchen. Sausage patties were precooked and frozen and warmed up in microwave and eggs were from a carton. Chicken and waffles were the same. Not pleased at all. Coffee was very good though.
