This was my first time coming to this restaurant and everything was wonderful. My only concern for this restaurant is the cleanliness of the kitchen floor. Everything is clean where food is prepared but the floor is bit of a mess and seems like it hasn’t been mopped or scrubbed in a while. Other than that everything was wonderful and delicious

Our first time to pioneer cafe was March 17 the service was so bad and the food was cold the owner was so sweet and gave us a voucher to come back. Today is April 24 we’re back and not any better service was slow the food was cold again I like my food warm when it comes out of the kitchen. Both times was right around 1pm out of so much I do understand to not waste food with the cost of every thing but really. Two strikes not sure I will be back.🥵

We went to new location for lunch and the parking lot was not easy to get in with full size pick up, so we left. Disappointed.

If you love breakfast, you’ll love this place. Had three eggs over medium (cooked perfectly), bacon, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, and a short stack with endless cups of coffee. It was a lot of well cooked food. Fast, friendly waitress.

This wonderful cafe is just off the square and is open only weekdays from 6am to 2pm. Karen, our server was excellent, providing recommendations and great service. I had 2 eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and butter toast, but my wife had the best thing: their signature French toast... no syrup needed... mmm, good ( I only got a bite)!

Stopped at the Tesla charger across the street. Love this place, small town personalized feel, super friendly staff and my food came out quick so I could continue my trip. Loved it Thanks!

Let me start like this. The food was amazing and they still get a 1! My family went here Monday for my birthday. You have to seat yourself. It took a minute for someone to come take the order. The tea was not very sweet! As the lady was taking our order I asked if I could upgrade my fries for bacon and cheese fries. I said out loud it will probably just be a dollar or two extra right? She shook her head yes. We get the bill, it's 68 dollars! The food was great but almost no food is worth that! I looked at the bill and they charged 6 dollars and some change for the fries. I went to ask about it and the lady standing at the register said I don't know about it let me ask the server. The server comes over and says yah it's an upcharge. I said yah but why charge me the full amount? She says ih we didn't I need to do that! Now the bill is 75.00 dollars! I paid it, left a tip, threw the receipt in the floor and left. Terrible experience for my Birthday. Oh I almost forgot they charge 2.41 for paying with a credit card! Never again!

Great lunch spot. Located on the fringe of downtown next to plenty of shops. Seat yourself atmosphere with hearty food. Loved the coleslaw and onion rings! Oh, and the pecan cobbler with a scoop of vanilla was big enough for two! Other notes... Charging station parking across the street and a groovy fossil/rock shop and jeweler next door.

It's weird that they close at 2:00 in the afternoon. They were out of a few items when we got there at 1:15 in the afternoon.

Wait time was horrible, prices are high. Waited close to an hour for a breakfast meal that should have taken 15 mins, and other patrons that came in after us got served first. When the owner came in, we talked to her, and she sided with the restaurant saying that there were "a bunch of other tickets up" Furthermore, the food wasn't THAT good. At best it was average. I could have made a better meal at home for cheaper. It wasn't worth the $8.99 that I paid for it. Update 11/2/22: After Reading the response left to my review, and dealing with the nasty comment you made to my mother, I will be updating my review to 1 star, and I will never recommend your restaurant again, as a matter of fact, I will be actively telling people to avoid it. I may even go to the media. One particular comment that erked me in your response was about the cook. First, you should be serving tickets in the order that they are taken, not the order they brought to the kitchen. If your policy makes people who order first wait on other people's food, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. I did not wish to take it this far, and one review didn't hurt your restaurant THAT bad. One customer isn't going to hurt your wallet. But you chose to come into my mother's place of work and be rude about it in front of other patrons. Talk about petty. You seem to only want to hear the good reviews. But I hope many people see this one. DO NOT EAT HERE.
