Tea 🔥🤤 Service 🐔😊🚄 Atmosphere🔇🤫🧑🏽💻
Picked up and enjoyed a couple frozen blended Vietnamese coffee drinks and one tea. The wife bought me some whole coffee beans for a good price. We'll be back.
owner is rude & the tea is mid.
Best boba milk tea in Sugarland, always get drinks from here after the gym. Very tasty and the service is very satisfying
Hands down, the BEST tea in the area. Many can't compare, and few come close, but the tea here is freaking AMAZING. Anytime that I have to get tea elsewhere, I always find myself wishing that it was from here. Consistent 10/10
Great smoothies and coffee!!
Pretty good place to get bobba tea
I have been going to Teapresso for a little over a year now and I already (accidentally) left a review under my family account (The Woodys). I love Teapresso, so I want to make a comprehensive review including both praise and constructive criticism. Doing anything less, I feel, wouldn't do them justice. Prepair yourselves lol I'll start with my Google ratings for the food/drinks, the service, and the atmosphere, then I will follow-up with extra observations. I have no issues with any of the food or drinks. I will admit that I can't say that all of their food is good since I have only had one item, the egg puffle. However, I love the smell of the egg rolls while they are making them. When it comes to the drinks, they are all delightful. I'm not one to buy the same drink every time I go somewhere. I enjoy exploring different flavors and combinations. Teapresso gives me the freedom to try whatever combos I want, while simultaneously trying everything on their menu. Since I am able to control the amount of sugar, the types of milk, the kinds of teas, and toppings I want, I can have a lot of fun mixing and matching. Even so, I have made poor combinations before. That isn't on the employees or Teapresso itself, so I've learned to ask for their opinions on drink combinations. Which brings me to their customer service. It may sound strange to admit this, but I adore the staff at Teapresso. I have never once interacted with an unkind, impatient, or unapproachable employee. They are often understanding when, after making a poor decision on the sweetness levels or flavors, I ask for slight alterations to my drinks after their made. They are more than willing to add an additional pump or two of flavoring when necessary. It usually doesn't immediately fix a bad match of flavors, but it helps :) Of course, I do not encourage people to ask for costly alterations, such as asking for add-ons (usually 40 cents extra) when they weren't ordered, please be respectful. I enjoy the lit
It’s been a while. It’s seems like they have a good variety of drinks now. They also have lots of nice options for toppings. They offer different flavored crystal boba which is very unique. Wintermelon tea with boba 4/5 The wintermelon flavor is still light. Boba was good consistency. Lychee rose tea with matcha crystal boba 5/5 Very tasty. I love how you taste both the lychee and rose. The rose is not overpowering but there’s a nice fragrant to it. Egg Puffle Matcha 5/5 It came all deformed from delivery but I popped it in the air fryer and it is good as new. It was a good balance of sweetness.
I love this boba place! It's kind of hidden so I often forget it exists which is a shame cuz it's good. I've had many good drinks here, and it is a great place to study
Tried Hokkaido Milk Tea and Oolong Milk Tea with tapioca. Tapioca was good but tea was so diluted and lots of ice.
Listen to the bad reviews. First time trying and they filled 3/4 of the cup with ice... I ordered a milk tea for pick up and by the time I got there (5-10 min) drink was extremely cold and watered down couldn’t even enjoy it…
They need to get a new connect 4, drinks and environment are awesome
They have Delicious vietnamese cold coffee and taro milk tea
Great drinks and food options- can be slow with service at times.
I was on my way from grocery shopping, and thought I'd try a new tapioca shop, this is a little gem, bright, clean, larger than it looks, extensive selection, I ordered my fav, avocado smoothie with tapioca, it was much bigger than any other shop, friendly staff, I highly recommend!
As a former employee, I can confirm they don’t use soap or a sponge. The owners clearly don’t know how to run a business and think walking out drinks earns them tip money. Their tea is always watered down. Surprised they even passed a health inspection, considering how filthy it is.
The interior had many "natural accents" with live plants, art featuring plant leaves, and natural wood tones. Lots of different brewed tea options (some that i haven't found in other Boba places) , milk tea options available for many of them. A good place to go to try out new tea types.
Extremely disappointed with the drinks I ordered today. My sister and I ordered the Death Wish Latte and the Hokkaido Milk Tea and both drinks were so watered down and had no flavor. I didn't taste any coffee in the Death Wish latte; I felt like I was drinking roasted milk. I might as well go to 99 Ranch and buy some coffee powder packets because those packets have 5x more coffee flavor than whatever I drank today. And don't get me started on the Hokkaido milk tea. It tasted like toffee flavored water. Can you imagine how gross that taste? Because it was. I didn't taste any Oolong tea and there was definitely no brown sugar in it either. It was just iced water with a hint of toffee. The menu had such a wonderful selection and the interior was beautifully designed but unfortunately, the drinks did not meet the standards that you set yourself. Perhaps a smaller menu would help bring down the cost needed for your large selection. While having less to offer might seem less appealing and lackluster. A more concentrated selection, would not only help to buy less ingredients, but also less spending on said ingredients and more focused on quality over quantity. Not only will you save on ingredients, you'll have a more at the ready staff who would more easily remember ten or so drinks, as opposed to twenty. Which will allow them to focus on a better over all experience and time to master their craft. Use scarcity to your advantage, save some money, and the business might just turn around. No one likes watered down drinks, you've named yourself after a bar after all. I don't wish any ill will on your business or any negative impact based solely on my review, I took the time to write this down in the hopes that you may react and get on the right track. My experience may have been a rare incident, but if I'm right. Then other customers would definitely agree and a test to the level of disappointment I've received. I'm no food expert or blogger, nor have I claimed to be. Howe
Our favorite place to go to! The staff handled and fixed a previous situation perfectly! We now feel more than comfortable to keep coming back here to enjoy the drinks as well as the atmosphere! 💖💖
