Many times at this location but the last one, we asked few times to the staff to clean our table included the owner and she just stayed on her phone.
Where do I start…… Well, I went to Coco’s SugarLand on Sunday 28 of may in the morning , I ordered 14 crepes Nutella en banana for Mother’s Day gift to some friends.. when I get the chance to see it at home the crepes were plain crepes, no decoration, no even a drizzle of chocolate or something “it was nothing on top”. So embarrassing to give these crepes too simple. Very disappointed for this place. I have always visited this location but now I am so disappointed and upset. “Remember I ordered 14 crepes all look the same”
Second negative experience at this place, the first time I was ignored as I walked in. This time I got there a bit before they opened. Waited a bit to go in, walked to the door and the lady just said it wasn’t open and looked away. I left a few minutes after 8 am and they hadn’t opened yet. I’m not sure if the hours aren’t updated; location, website and Google say they open at a certain time. I would’ve appreciated an explanation from the staff inside but none was offered.
Nice place to study and friendly customer service. The menu is great too
First time here and I'll be back. The crepes are bigger and better than those at Sweet Paris. I'm basing this soley off the Nutella crepe.
Ordered drinks from Grub hub !! Looks like they don't understand what the order is placed through GRUB HUB and the lady who answered the call said that she asked the Grub hub (delivery person ) the flavors of the drink ? REALLY ?? Also please make sure your menu's on Third person delivery apps are updated! Arnold Palmer is on their Grub Hub menu and looks like they DON'T carry it any more
Gluten free crepes both sweet and Savory accompanied with a delicious chai tea latte.
Went there with my mom, ask for decaf coffee (it was late) and the lady at the front desk told my it was probably cold by now, so she suggested to order an americano and told her no because that is not what I want and also probably is more expensive than regular coffee, ask her if she could make me one fresh pot and she said no… seriously! It’s a coffee place !! I found that very rude and also I wasn’t reasonable it is a coffee place!! Food was ok, but I didn’t like the attitude of this lady, so I wouldn’t recommend this place
The best place for family breakfast! Staff is very friendly! The food is delicious! Everything is clean. The ingredients are fresh and tasty! We loved it! Will definitely come back again!
so I called before ordering to ask about their menu and asked if they had waffles for my 2 year old.. they said yes. They don’t have waffles, they gave me crepes instead and also, when i went to pick up the food, the acknowledgment and service was sub-par. Probably not gonna visit again.
We have visited here twice and the place overall is "blah". Nothing about their food or service really stands out to any level really. I want to be clear that no one was rude there.
I recently visited this location and I must say they have great customer service. Sasha helped me with my order, she is definitely a really sweet person. I accidentally got cut opening the cup and she was kind enough to offer me a band-aid. Definitely recommend going here.

I can’t say how pleased I am with the manager Ms.Robbi she is wonderful and very pleasant to speak with. She helped me out today when the Uber driver was not helpful and attempted to put them at fault. In this case she was able to assist me and took care of my order. I would recommend this Coco Crepes and she deserves a raise and her employees for being wonderful!!
Genuinely enjoyed my time at Coco crepes & coffee today!! Huge shoutout to Jay!! I called ahead of time to see if this location can accommodate my dietary restrictions, and immediately Jay pleasantly answered all of my very specific questions and gave me alternatives that could would with my diet. When I arrived she had a such a positive attitude, EXCELLENT customer service. You can tell she enjoys/cares about her job. On top of that their sweet crepes & oat vanilla lattes were DELICIOUS. I've been to plenty of coffee shops, but their coffee was a perfectly balanced. Not to mention the cafe is open late for the month for Ramadan. Very considerate! Overall, excellent establishment with amazing food and staff! I highly recommend!
My wife and I had a great moment on the Saturday morning at Coco. Ms Rabi K was very welcoming and wonderful
This location is a rip off! They charge so much for each item and hardly put in any meat, especially in their sandwiches. Right across the street you can get a whole chicken with sides for the same price of 3 sandwiches with hardly any meat.
I actually met the owner while renting her a car... and she was such a great and amazing person and told me to visit her store while she was there. I wanted to try place at while she wasn't there and the customer service was amazing!I wasn't feeling well and just wanted to have a cup of coffee and the front counter staff was amazing and supper patient with me when I thought.. I lost my credit. I mean the place was packed and they were pushing out orders fast! It was just a very chilled environment that I can't wait to be a regular customerThe food was amazing as well! The owner brought me food to work( because she can tell I never get a chance to leave from work and eat)... and the crepes were AMAZING! My favorite was the Nutella crepes with strawberries( which tasted super fresh).
